TARKISTUKSET ENNEN KÄYTTÖÄ
Öljytason tarkistus
HUOMIO: Suorita toimenpiteet tasaisella alustalla moottorin ollessa pysäytettynä.
1. Avaa öljynsuodattimen korkki ja pyyhi öljytikku.
2. Tarkista öljytaso.
3. Mikäli öljytaso on alhainen, lisää öljyä öljynsuodattimen reunaan asti.
4. Sulje öljynsuodattimen korkki.
Polttoainetason tarkistus
1. Avaa polttoainesäiliön korkki.
2. Tarkista polttoainetaso.
3. Mikäli polttoainetaso on alhainen, lisää polttoainetta.
4. Sulje polttoainesäiliön korkki.
Ilmansuodatin
1. Avaa ilmansuodattimen kansi ja tarkista suodattimen kunto.
2. Mikäli suodatin on likainen, poista suodatin kotelosta.
3. Pese suodatin liuottimella ja purista kuivaksi.
4. Kasta suodatin öljyyn ja purista kuivaksi.
5. Koputtele kotelosta kevyesti liat pois.
MOOTTORIN KÄYNNISTYS
1. Irrota aggregaatista kaikki siihen kytketyt laitteet. Aseta sulake OFF-asentoon.
2. Käännä polttoainehana ON-asentoon.
3. Kytke rikastin päälle.
4. Käännä virtakytkin ON-asentoon.
5. Vedä käynnistysnarusta kevyesti, kunnes tunnet vastuksen ja vedä sitten voimakkaasti.
6. Kun laite käynnistyy, kytke rikastin pois päältä.
KÄYTTÖ
Pitääksesi laitteen hyvässä kunnossa noudata aina alla olevia ohjeita.
VAROITUS:
1. Välttääksesi sähköiskun viallisista laitteista, aggregaatin tulee olla maadoitettu.
2. Aggregaattiin kytkettyjen laitteiden yhteenlaskettu kuormitus ei saa ylittää aggregaatin
nimelliskapasiteettia. Etenkin moottorikäyttöiset sähkölaitteet kuluttavat käynnistyessään
enemmän virtaa. Alla olevassa taulukossa on viitteellisiä esimerkkejä tällaisista laitteista.

3. Mikäli liität kaksi tai useampia laitteita aggregaattiin, aloita niiden käynnistys siitä laitteesta,
joka kuluttaa eniten virtaa.
HUOMIO:
Laitteen liittäminen kotitalouden virtapiiriin on kielletty.
Varmista, että laitteiden kytkentä aggregaattiin on tehty kunnollisesti. Mikäli kytkentää ei ole tehty
oikein, aggregaatti saattaa vaurioitua tai aiheuttaa tulipalovaaran.
SÄHKÖLAITTEIDEN KYTKENTÄ AGGREGAATTIIN
1. Käynnistä moottori.
2. Kytke sähkölaite aggregaattiin.
3. Käännä sulake ON-asentoon.
MOOTTORIN SAMMUTTAMINEN
1. Käännä sulake OFF-asentoon.
2. Käännä moottorin kytkin OFF-asentoon.
3. Käännä polttoaineen polttoainehana OFF-asentoon.
HUOMIO: Sammuttaaksesi laitteen hätätilanteessa, käännä moottorin kytkin OFF-asentoon.

Öljynvaihto
1. Poista öljynsuodattimen korkki.
2. Poista öljyn tyhjennystulppa ja valuta öljyt.
3. Aseta öljyn tyhjennystulppa takaisin paikoilleen ja kiristä se huolellisesti.
4. Lisää öljyä ja tarkista öljytaso. Moottorin öljykapasiteetti 1,0 l.
5. Aseta öljynsuodattimen korkki takaisin paikoilleen.
Ilmansuodatin
1. Avaa ilmansuodattimen kansi ja tarkista suodattimen kunto.
2. Mikäli suodatin on likainen, poista suodatin kotelosta
3. Pese suodatin liuottimella ja purista kuivaksi.
4. Kasta suodatin öljyyn ja purista kuivaksi.
5. Koputtele kotelosta kevyesti liat pois.
Sytytystulppa
1. Irrota sytytystulpan hattu
2. Irrota sytytystulppa
3. Poista karsta

4. Mittaa kärkiväli
5. Aseta sytytystulppa takaisin paikalleen ja kiinnitä sytytystulpan hattu.
Polttoainesihti
1. Käännä polttoainehana OFF-asentoon. Puhalla paineilmaa varovasti suodattimen
ulostuloaukkoon .
2. Tarkista sakkakupin O-renkaan kunto. Puhdista tai vaihda tarvittaessa uuteen.
VARASTOINTI
1. Sulje polttoainehana ja valuta polttoaine sihdistä.
2. Avaa polttoainehana ja valuta polttoaine säiliöstä.
3. Vaihda sakkakupin O-rengas ja kierrä kuppi kiinni.
4. Valuta polttoaine kaasuttimesta.
5. Irrota öljyn tyhjennystulppa ja valuta öljyt.
6. Aseta öljyn tyhjennystulppa takaisin paikoilleen.
7. Kiristä öljyntyhjennystulppa huolellisesti ja lisää öljyä suodattimen reunaan asti.
8. Vedä käynnistysnarusta kunnes tunnet vastuksen.
VIANETSINTÄ
Moottori ei käynnisty.
1. Tarkista, että moottorin kytkin on ON-asennossa.
2. Tarkista öljy.
3. Tarkista polttoaine.
4. Irrota sytytystulppa.
5. Tarkista kipinä.
Ei virtaa.
1. Tarkista, että sulake on ON-asennossa.

PRE-OPERATION CHECK
Oil Level
CAUTION: Be sure to check the generator on a level surface with the engine stopped.
1. Remove the oil filter cap, and wipe the dipstick.
2. Check if the oil level is low.
3. Add the oil to the lower edge of the filter neck.
4. Reinstall the oil filter cap.
Fuel Level
1. Remove the fuel tank cap.
2. Check if the fuel level is low.
3. Add the fuel to the shoulder of the filter screen.
4. Reinstall the fuel tank cap.
Air Cleaner
1. Open the cleaner cover and check the air cleaner element to be sure it is in good condition.
2. If filter is dirty, dismantle filter element.
3. Wash filter in solvent and squeeze.
4. Soak filter in oil and squeeze.
5. Slightly pat the element for several times to remove any dirt.
STARTING THE ENGINE
1. Disconnect any load from the AC receptacle and turn the AC circuit breaker to the OFF
position.
2. Turn the fuel valve to the ON position.
3. Pull the choke rod out to the CLOSED position.
4. Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
5. Pull the starter grip lightly until resistance is felt, then pull briskly.
6. Push the choke rod to the OPEN position as the engine warms up.
GENERATOR USE
To keep the generator always in top mechanical and electrical condition, check the following.
WARNING
1. To prevent electrical shock from faulty appliances, the generator should be ground.
2. Combined load of the connected apparatus must not exceed the rated capacity of the generator.
Electric apparatus, particularly motor driven equipment, will draw higher current when starting.
The following table is provided for your reference when connecting such apparatus to your
generator.

3. When two or more pieces of apparatus are connected to your generator, turn them on beginning
with the one drawing higher current when starting.
NOTE:
Connecting the generator to the household power supply is forbidden.
After connecting the apparatus to the generator, check that it is connected properly. Failure to
connect properly can result in a damaged generator or fire hazard.
AC APPLICATION
1. Start the engine.
2. Plug in the electric appliance.
3. Turn AC circuit breaker to the ON position.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
1. Turn AC circuit breaker to the OFF position.
2. Turn the engine switch to the OFF position.
3. Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position.
NOTE: To stop the engine in an emergency, turn the Engine Switch OFF.

Oil Change
1. Remove the oil filter cap.
2. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil.
3. Reinstall the oil drain plug and tighten it securely.
4. Refill the oil and check the oil level. Engine oil capacity 1,0 l.
5. Reinstall the oil filter cap.
Air Cleaner
1. Open the cleaner cover and check the air cleaner element to be sure it is in good condition.
2. If filter is dirty, dismantle filter element.
3. Wash in solvent and squeeze.
4. Soak in oil and squeeze.
5. Slightly pat the element for several times to remove any dirt.
Spark Plug
1. Remove the spark plug cap.
2. Remove the spark plug.
3. Clean the deposit.

4. Measure the gap.
5. Reinstall the spark plug and cap.
Fuel Strainer
1. Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position. Blow air to the filter from the direction of the outlet.
2. Check condition of sediment cup. Clean or replace the sediment cup if necessary.
STORAGE
1. Close the fuel valve and drain the fuel from the fuel strainer.
2. Open the fuel valve and drain the fuel from the fuel tank.
3. Change the rubber washer. Then screw the sediment cup back on.
4. Drain the fuel from the carburettor.
5. Remove the oil filter cap and oil drain plug to drain the oil.
6. Reinstall the oil filter cap.
7. Tighten the oil drain plug and fill the engine with new oil till the filter neck.
8. Pull the starter grip carefully until resistance is felt.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Engine does not start.
1. Check if engine switch is in the ON position.
2. Check oil.
3. Check fuel.
4. Remove spark plug.
5. Check spark.
No electricity.
1. Check AC circuit breaker.
