This manual contains important safety precautions and information for correct usage. Please be
sure to read this manual carefully before use to avoid any damages to the device.
Please do not place the product in hot, wet or dusty environment.
Please do not place the product in hot environment. Especially in summer, do not place it in a car
with all windows closed.
Avoid dropping or clashing the product and do not shake the TFT screen violently, or it may cause
a damage or abnormal display to the screen.
Please select a suitable volume and avoid loud sound while using earphones. Please turn down
the volume or stop using if you get a roaring in your ears.
For following situations, please charge the product.
A. The device shows on the top right corner.
B. System automatically shut down, and it turns off soon after restart.
C. Operation key shows no reaction.
Notes: Chargers of other models cannot be used for this device because it may cause damage to the
device which we are not responsible for. Please contact our customer service department if you need
a replacement charger.
Please do not disconnect the device while formatting, downloading and uploading; otherwise it may
cause application errors.
We are not responsible for any memory erase loss caused by damage or product maintenance, or
other personal reasons.

FIRST USE:
Batter y Recharge
The device has 2 (Two) built-in DC 3.7V, 1400 mAh rechargeable Lithium-ion Polymer battery.
Recharge
as follows:
Insert the small plug from the supplied AC/DC Adaptor to the DC IN jack on the device. Plug the
AC/DC Adaptor to wall outlet having AC 100-240V~, 50/60 Hz.
This power unit is intended to be in a vertical or floor mount position.
Notes: Your battery will last longer if you follow these simple guidelines for caring for and storing it.
A. Using the supplied AC/DC Adaptor for charging only. Other models charger may damage the
device.
B. For charging first time, charge it approximate 10 hours. For normal charging, it needs
approximately 4 hours.
C. Recharge and store the device within the temperature range of 5°C~35°C (40°F~95°F).
D. Do not overcharge (longer than 24 hours). Excessive charging or running the unit until battery
goes empty will damage battery. Battery life will be extended if you keep the battery fully charge.
E. Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
F. The rechargeable battery incorporated in this product is not user replaceable.
Using the touch screen
Tap/press the corresponding button on the touch screen with your fingertip or the supplied

Notes:
A. Do not use force when touching the touch screen, as it may cause damage to the screen.
B. To avoid damage to the touch screen, do not use any object other than your fingers or the supplied
Touch Screen Pen to operate it.

D. Do not tap/press on the touch screen with gloves on.
E. The touch screen may not function if you use a fingernail or other instruments such as a ballpoint
pen.
Micro SD card
This device supports Micro SD Memory Card (Card not included) to increase memory size; insert a
Micro SD card into the card slot on the side of unit.
Notes:
A. Insert the card (Up to 32GB, not included) into the card slot in the direction shown in the rear of
unit.
B. To take out the card, press the card until a “Click” is heard then pull out the card.
C. Before replacing the storage card, make sure the unit has been powered off.
D. When inserting the storage card, make sure the direction you selected is correct. Never insert
violently to avoid damaging the card or the unit. If it doesn’t work, please check if the direction is
correct.
E. When the card is used for the first time, or it has been used in other device, please format it first
through the Computer. You also need to download the desired music, photos and movie into the
card before installing into the unit
Import ant: Formatting the Micro SD Card will delete all the data on the card. Download the data
to your computer
before formatting the card.

Touch Screen Pen (on the rear of cabinet).
USB Host (Full size USB port)
This device supports USB device for extending the memory size, or USB Thumb Driver/3G Driver,
inserts it to the USB Host on the side of unit.
Notes:
A. Before replacing the USB driver, make sure the unit has been powered off.
B. For 3G USB drive or USB thumb drive connection, check (icon
will turn to green) the "USB
mode Select" in "Host Mode" in setting menu.
C. When inserting the USB driver, make sure the direction you selected is correct. Never insert
violently to avoid damaging the USB driver or the unit. If it doesn’t work, please check if the
direction is correct.
Power On/Off the Device

Like your computer, after turning on the Device, you may have to wait a short while to let
the operating system boot up before the home page appears on the screen.

A. Press and hold the button approximate 5 seconds to power on the unit. Touch and slide the
key bar shown on the screen upward to unlock.
B. In power on mode, press the button to turn off the screen for saving battery power. Turn on
the screen again as the the procedures above.
C. To power off, press and hold the button until the "Device options" window pop up then tap the
"Power off" button. The "Power off" window will pop up, tap the "OK" button to power off the unit.
If the device becomes abnormal, halt, freeze. Press the RESET Button in the reset hole by the
supplied Touch Screen Pen to reset the device as the figure below:

Connections:
Connect to PC
A. Press Menu button on the right top corner on the screen, set the "HOST MODE" in "USB Mode
select" to disable (uncheck) (icon
should be blank).
B. Connect the Device to the PC via the Mini USB port on the side of cabinet to the USB port on your
PC by the supplied connection cable.
Connect to HDMI TV
A. Connect the device to the TV (with HDMI port) via the Mini HDMI jack on the side of cabinet to the
HDMI port on the TV. (Connection cable not included).
B. Playback video, tap the screen once. The setting menu will appear.
C. Tap the Three Dots "..." button on the right bottom corner, the Selection menu will appear. Tap the
"HDMI" button.
D. Tap Output to HDMI: 720p" button to turn on the HDMI output, the screen on the device will turn off
and the correct picture will appear on your TV.
E. To turn off the HDMI output, unplug the connection cable from the Device and TV, the screen on
the Device will become normal.
Important: HDMI output operates in Video playback mode only.
Earphone jack:
For private listening, connect an Earphone/Headphone to the Earphone/Headphone jack on the side of
cabinet. The speaker will cut off automatically. (Earphone/Headphone not included).

RESET
Reset – If the device becomes abnormal, halt, freeze. Press the RESET Button in the reset
hole by the supplied Touch Screen Pen to reset the device.

Description of Main Screen
Power on the unit and wait until the following picture appears on the screen. Touch and slide the Key
Bar shown on the screen upward to unlock.
Home Screen Icons – There are 12 icons shown on the main screen. Tap individual icons to enter into
each application.

Setting Menu
In home page, tap the Menu button on the right top corner on the screen, the setting menu will appear
on the screen. Tap the setting (
) button on the right bottom corner, the setting menu will appear on
the screen as below. Touch the screen and slide Upward or Downward to search for more buttons
which are behind the main picture.
Touch the screen and slide Left or Right to go to previous or next page.
Tap the corresponding button you need to set. The sub-setting menu will appear on the
screen, follow on screen instructions.
Wi-Fi settings:
Tap the "Wireless & networks" button to enter, the following picture will appear on the screen:
To connect for the first time to Wi-Fi network:
Tap the “Wi-Fi settings” button to enter:
When the Wi-Fi button shows “Turn on Wi-Fi”, and the icon on the right shows
is blank.

Tap the Wi-Fi” button, available networks are shown on the screen. (It may take a few
minutes).
Tap the desired network name to enter (may ask for password) then tap the “Connect” button
to start connection. Wait until the Wi-Fi icon (
) appears on the top of screen.
Note: The connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords will store in the list for future connection.
To turn off "Wi-Fi". Tap the Wi-Fi icon on Home page then tap “close button”.
If any Wi-Fi networks were stored, every time you turn on the device, it will search and connect to
the stored Wi-Fi network automatically. To turn off this function. Enter the setting menu, tap the
“Wi-Fi” button and uncheck (icon
to blank).
You can also turn on Wi-Fi connection manually as below:
Tap the Wi-Fi icon on Home page the tap “open button”.
Network notification: When turn on, the device will notify you when searched an open Wi-fi
network.

SOUND:
Tap the "Sound" button to enter, the following picture will appear on the screen:
Silent mode: Enables the device on mute position.
Volume: Adjust the volume by touching & moving status bar upward and downward, then tap OK
button to save the setting and exit.
Notification ringtone: Use to set the ring tone sound.
Audible touch tones: Enables or disables the sound alert when using dial pad.
Audible selection: Enables or disables the sound alert while making screen selection.
Screen lock sound: Enables or disables the sound alert , when locking and unlocking the screen.
Location & security Settings:

DISPLAY
Brightness : Adjust the brightness of the screen.
Auto-rotate screen: Enables or disables the screen orientation automatically.
Animation : Enables or disables the Android Robot welcome start up display.
Screen timeout: Set the auto power off period when the device is idle.
Use wireless networks: Enables or disables application ( such as Map) to track your position.
Set up screen lock: Set up and select different screen lock mode.
Visible passwords: Enables or disables password appearing while you are typing on the screen.
Select device administrators: Add or remove device administrators.
Credential storage: Allow applications to access secure certificates and other credentials.
Install from SD card: Install encrypted certificates from SD card.
Set password: Set or change the credential storage password.
Clear storage: clear credential storage of all contents and reset its password.
IMPORTANT:
After activated the lock. Write down and keep the unlock pattern (password) in a safe place. Otherwise,
if you forgotten the pattern (password). You may need to recover the firmware then all your private record
in the unit will be erased. Please note that all your information being stored in the device will be deleted
and can not be recovered.

Factory data reset: Erases all user's data in the device.

To set or reset Test-to-speech settings.
Date & time:

To adjust accessibility setting.
Automatic: Enables and disables to use network time.
Set date: To set your current date manually.
Select Time zone: to set time zone manually.
Set time: To set current time manually. (Note: For manual setting, you must disable Automatic so
that no network time is provided.)
Use 24 hour format: Set the display format of the clock to 12 or 24 hours format.
Select date format: Set the display format of Day; Month; Year.
APK Software Installation and Management
APK Installer (Application Installer)
This device supports third party applications on the basis of android platform. Most of the applications
can be downloaded from the websites via the internet, and copied into the internal flash or Micro SD
card of this device.
Tap the icon of Apkinstaller on the sub-menu page. The following will appear on the
screen:
Installation:
Tap the “Install” button, the memory location list will appear on the screen.
Select and tap where your APK file is located, either Internal memory or external SD Card.
The files list will appear on the screen.
Select and tap into the file to install the file onto your device.
Select and Tap the “Manage” button for installed application management. Select and tap the
application being shown on the screen for Launch, Export, uninstall and cancel.
Select and tap “Exit” to exit.

Tap on the Browser to open web pages.
Email:
z Tap ” to enter e-mail settings, after entering the email address and password, simply follow
the on screen instructions for set up. This application supports IMAP mail (such as Hotmail, Gmail
and Yahoo Mail, POP3 mail and Exchange). Press Menu button on screen to choose and remove
email account.
Music Player:
z Tap the i
TTcon to enter the music list. The buttons of Artists, Albums, Songs, Playlists .. will appear
on the screen . Tap to enter then tap the desired music file to start playback.
