cabinettemperaturesof194_EIfthisrangeisinstalledwith cabinets
thathavealowerworkingtemperaturethan194°Ediscoloration.

adequatefasteningoftheANTI-TIPbrackettotheflooror wall.Thebracketmay
be installedto engagetheLEFTor RIGHTrearlevelingfoot.NOTE:Thebracket
providedisdesignedfor usewith flushmountandnon-flushmountoutlet
receptacles.Installthe bracketwiththe orientationholeinthe longerleg
againstthewallor floorasshownin steps9-12.

Standardfor ManufacturedHomeInstallations1982(ManufacturedHomeSites,
CommunitiesandSet-Ups),ANSIA225.1-1atestedition,orwith localcodes.
Therangemustbe installedin accordancewith LocalandNationalElectric
Code(NEC)ANSI/NFPANo.70-latestedition,or CanadianElectricCodeCSA
STD.C221latest edition.Seeratingplatefor total connectedKWrating.
Yourlocalutility companywill tell youwhetherthe presentelectricservice
to yourhomeis adequate.It maybe necessaryto increasethe sizeofthe
wiring tothe houseand serviceswitchto take careof the electricalload
demandedby the range.Thekilowattratingfor the rangeis specifiedon
the rating platelocatedonflip-up plate atthe rearcenterofbackguard.
Mostlocal BuildingRegulationsand Codesrequirethat all electricalwiring
bedonebylicensedelectricians.All wiring shouldconformto Localand
NationalElectricalCodes.Thisrangerequiresasingle phasethree wire
120/240or a120/208volt,60Hz,ACcircuit.Wiringcodesrequirea
separatecircuit berunfrom the mainentrancepanelto the rangeandthat
it beequippedwithseparatedisconnectswitchandfuses,either inthe
mainentrancepanelor in aseparateswitch andfusebox.
Somemodelsareshippeddirectfromthefactorywith servicecord
attached.Therearenorangeconnectionsnecessaryonthesemodels.
Justplugintothewalloutlet.Onmodelsnotprovidedwith a service
cord,connectiontothe powersupplyisnecessaryin accordancewith
localcodes.Provisionsfor usingeitherconduitoraflexiblepowercord
areprovided.Whenusingapowersupplycord,useonlyasupplycord
with closedloopterminalsratedeither240volts,40ampsor 240volts,
50ampsthatis markedfor usewith nominal1-3/8"(34.94ram)
diameterconnectionopeningandmarkedfor ranges.A 4-conductor
cordis tobeusedonnewbranch-circuitinstallations(1996NEC),
mobilehomes,recreationalvehiclesandwherelocalcodesprohibit
groundingthroughthe neutralconductor.A3-wireservicemaybeused
whenpermittedby localcodes.Whenapowersupplycordis used,a
cordnolongerthan4feetshouldbeused.

Thismodelisshippeddirectfromthefactorywith theservicecord
attached.Therearenorangeconnectionsnecessary.
