1. Drill a 3-inch (76 mm) diameter hole on a at spot on top of

5. Slide sealing grommet onto PVC pipe, with wide end toward top of pipe (see diagram).
6. Assemble top tting to PVC pipe with PVC cement.
7. Lubricate inside surface of sealing grommet and outer diameter of narrow end of top tting with liquid
dishwashing soap.
8. Insert the diptube assembly into the 3-inch hole and press the sealing grommet into the hole.
9. Insert the diptube assembly into the sealing grommet.
