Ensure the DVD player and TV you wish to
connect it to are switched o.
Insert one end of a HDMI cable (not supplied)
into the HDMI socket on the rear of the DVD
player. The other end connects to a HDMI
socket on your TV.

TURNING THE DVD PLAYER ON: LOADING AND PLAYING A DVD: DID YOU KNOW?
You can play a slide show of images from a DVD.

Insert the plug into a power socket and
switch the power on.
Press the STANDBY button on either the
DVD player or the remote control to wake
from standby mode.
Press the OPEN/CLOSE button and insert a
DVD (label side up). Press it again to shut
the drawer and wait for the DVD player to
read the disc.
Use the navigation buttons on the remote
control to locate the play option on the DVD
menu displayed.
Press the button to begin playback.
Insert a DVD containing images (JPG format)
into the DVD player. A file browser menu will
be displayed.
Use the navigation buttons to scroll through
the list of images. Press the , or
ENTER button to begin a slide show of the
entire contents of the disc from the selected
image.
