Make sure you have all the necessary parts:

Six-Point

Cap (A) x10

Long Bar (E) x35

Carriage

Bolt x130

Locking

Five-Point

Cap (B) x 6

Four-Point

Cap (C) x10

Short Bar (D) x30

The assembly of the climber can best be approached as assembling a series of sections. Start by

putting a section together, then make 4 more sections and connect them all together:

The first step to assembling a section is illustrated above.

Following the color and letter key on page one, attach six colored bars (2 D bars; 4 E bars) to a

six-point cap. Tighten the bolts and nuts just enough to hold the pieces in place; do not tighten

more than that.

Make five six-pointed sections.

Add a top, bottom, and left side to each

of the five sections, using four bars (2 D

bars and 2 E bars), two five-point caps

(B), and one four-point cap (C).

Join the sections by adding two bars

(1 D and 1 E) to the four-point caps (C)

at the bottom of the climber...

... and connect the unconnected bar ends to the caps of the

next section (B), until all five sections have been connected.

to form the circular base of the climber.

Now assemble the section that will

become the top of the climber, using

five D bars and a five-point cap (B).

Bolt the assembled top to the

five-point caps (B) on the top

of the completed base of the

climber. Tighten all the nuts

and bolts until snug.
