Themainignitionswitchcontainsthreepositions:
ON(1):Theenginecanstart,thekey
cannotberemoved.
OFF(2):Thispositionshutsofftheengineand
allowsyoutoremovethekey.
LOCK(3): FromtheOFFposition,pushinward
andturnthekeycounterclockwisetothe LOCK
positionwhileturningthesteeringcolumntotheleftand
shakingitlightlytoengagethesteeringlock.
Removekey.
Brake Levers andThrottle

Rearbrake(4):Whenstoppingthescooter,squeezetherearbrake
smoothlyandfirmly. Alwaysengagetherearbrakefirst.
Frontbrake(5):Squeezethelevergentlyatfirst to avoidlockingthe
front wheel.Mostofyoustoppingpowercomesfrom thefront wheel,
whichshouldalwaysbeusedtosupplementtherearwheel.
