Handy Tips for Enjoying Your Jabra Earbuds
Thank you for purchasing this Jabra product. Before you begin enjoying the outstanding listening
and calling experience it provides, there are a few important things you should know about your
Jabra earbuds.
Your Jabra Elite 65t or Jabra Elite Active 65t are packed with many features to provide the ultimate
in performance. For a full overview of the features and instructions, please review the attached
User Guide.
Getting the Best Fit
Your product package includes three sizes of EarGels – small, medium and large (medium are the default). For
the best fit and sound quality, we recommend that you try out each of the EarGel sizes. Simply insert the earbud
into your ear and rotate slightly to ensure a snug fit. Be sure that the microphone points toward your mouth.

Pairing and Connecting to Your Device
To pair and connect your earbuds to a phone (or other device) for the first time, turn on the Bluetooth on your
phone. Then remove the earbuds from their charging chase (they will automatically power on). Go to the
Bluetooth menu on your phone and choose Jabra Elite 65t or Jabra Elite Active 65t to complete the pairing
process. If your Elite 65t does not show on your list of available devices hold in the button on the right earbud
for three seconds until it flashes blue and then follow the voice instructions to pair to your phone.

and then follow the voice instructions to pair to your
phone.
Turning On Your Earbuds
The right earbud is the “master” earbud and the left is secondary. In most cases, both earbuds will turn on
automatically when you remove them from the charging case or turn on the right earbud. Sometimes, however,
you may need to turn on the left earbud separately. Listen to each or check the Jabra Sound+ app to ensure that
both are turned on. In the app, the L and R icons will be yellow when the earbuds are on.
Both earbuds will automatically turn themselves off when you place them back in the charging case.
Avoiding Interference
Your Jabra earbuds incorporate third-generation True Wireless technology. Because they connect to your
device via Bluetooth, you may experience interference or a signal drop-out when near areas with highly
magnetic transmitters – such as store security barriers or train doors, for instance. This is normal. Your
earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device within seconds whenever this occurs.
As True Wireless technology evolves, we will continue to improve your earbuds by releasing new firmware. Be
sure to download the Jabra Sound+ app, which will notify you when new updates are available.
Downloading the Jabra Sound+ App
The Jabra Sound+ app, available from the App Store or Google Play, enables you to take advantage
of the many outstanding features your Jabra earbuds offer. With the Jabra Sound+ app you can:
Update your earbuds with the latest firmware
Personalise your music settings
Pre-define your listening preferences based on your

you or enjoy a more immersive sound experience
