ACCESSORIES
USING THE OVEN
Turn the selector knob to the required function, then turn the thermostat knob clockwise to required temperature
and press the “ok” button. The oven is now working.
When the set temperature is reached, the “ ” indicator next to on the oven display disappears. At the end of
the cooking, turn the knobs to “0”.
When using the grill it is advisable to set the oven thermostat to 250 °C. This value can be reduced whenever less
intense heat is required.

O Oven off -
LAMP
To switch on the oven light.
CONVENTIONAL
Function suitable for cooking any type of dish on one shelf. Preheat the oven to the required
temperature and place the food in it when the set temperature is reached. It is advisable to use the
second or third shelf for cooking. This function is also suitable for cooking frozen convenience foods;
follow the instructions on the food packaging.
PASTRY
For baking cakes with liquid filling (sweet or savoury), pizzas on one or two shelves. If necessary,
switch the positions of the dishes to cook food more evenly. It is not necessary to preheat the oven
(except for pizzas and focaccias).
GRILL
To grill steak, kebabs and sausages, to cook vegetables au gratin and to toast bread. Preheat the oven
for 3 - 5 min. During cooking the oven door must remain closed. When cooking meat, pour a little
water into the drip tray (on the first shelf) to reduce smoke and fat spatters. Ideally the meat should
be turned during cooking.
TURBO GRILL
To grill large joints of meat (roast beef and other roast meats). The oven door must be kept closed
during the cooking cycle. When cooking meat, it is advisable to pour water in the drip tray placed on
the first shelf. This will reduce smoke and spattering of fat. Turn the meat during grilling.
DEFROSTING
This function can be used to speed up the thawing of food at room temperature. The food should be
placed in the oven in its wrapping to prevent it from drying out.
BOTTOM + FAN
For cooking fruit, cakes, vegetables, pizza, poultry, etc. on a single shelf.
FAN
To cook (without preheating) foods that require the same cooking temperature on one or more
shelves (e.g.: fish, vegetables, sweets), without transferring odours from one foodstuff to the other.
SPECIAL FUNCTION
Pizza: function for baking homemade pizza. The oven automatically preheats to the correct
cooking temperature
Place food in the oven when the required temperature is reached.
Warm keeping: function for keeping hot and crisp the just-cooked food (e.g.: Meat; fried food; flans)

Electronic timer
Oven activation
When the oven is connected to the power supply for the first time, or reconnected after a power failure, the display indicates
12:00”.
Clock selection and change:
1. Press “ok”. The time flashes on the display.
2. Press the “-” or “+” button to set the time.
3. Press “ok” and “-” or “+” to set the minutes.
4. Press “ok” to confirm.
To c h a n g e t h e t i m e :
Keep the “ok” button pressed for 2 seconds until the time flashes on the display. Repeat the steps described above.
Cooking function selection:
1. Turn the knob to the chosen function.
2. Turn the knob to select the temperature.
3. Press “ok” to confirm; the oven will switch on. The indicator next to goes off when the selected temperature is reached.
To change the temperature:
1. Turn the knob
and select the required temperature.
Note:
To cancel any selection made, turn the knob to “0”. Alternatively, press “ok” to switch the oven off, maintaining the
previously selected functions.
Cooking duration selection:
The cooking duration allows the oven to be used (with any function, except the special functions) for a set period of time,
after which the oven automatically switches off. The maximum programmable cooking duration is 6 hours.
1. Set the function and temperature (see the section “Cooking function selection”) up to point 2 without confirming by
pressing “ok”.
2. Press the “set” button (the indicator on the display lights up next to the cooking duration symbol ) and, within 8
min., select the required cooking duration with the “-” or “+” buttons.
3. Confirm by pressing “ok”; the oven switches on and the display shows the residual cooking time.
4. To change the previous temperature setting, turn the knob
. To return to the display of residual cooking time, wait 5 seconds.

Special functions

Food warmer
This maintains a constant temperature of 80°C in the oven.

3. When the temperature reaches 80°C the indicator next to goes off, a factory-set time of 5 minutes flashes on the
display and an acoustic signal sounds.
4. Place food in the oven.
5. The preset time can be changed with the “+” and “+” “-” buttons.
6. Press “ok” to confirm.
7. At the end of the set time, the oven automatically switches off, appears on the display and an acoustic signal sounds.
Pizza
This function maintains a constant temperature of 250°C suitable for baking pizzas.
1. Turn the knob
to the symbol .
2. Press “ok” to confirm.
3. When the temperature reaches 250°C, the indicator next to goes off, a factory-set time of 12 minutes flashes on the
display and an acoustic signal sounds.
4. Place food in the oven.
5. The preset time can be changed with the “+” and “+ -” buttons.
6. Press “ok” to confirm.
7. At the end of the set time the oven automatically switches off, appears on the display and an acoustic signal sounds.
Timer
The timer can only be set when the oven is not in use and allows a maximum setting of 6 hours.
To set the timer:
1. Leave the knob
on “0”. The time of day appears on the display.
2. Press the “set” button. The indicator next to the symbol lights up.
Use the “-” or “+” buttons to set the required time.
3. Press “ok” to confirm the selection.
At the end of the set time:
An acoustic signal sounds and flashes on the display.
Press “ok”: the acoustic signal stops. The time of day reappears on the display.
Child safety :
1. With the knobs and set to “0”, press the “ok” and - buttons at the same time for 5 sec. The indicator lights up
next to the symbol .
2. The oven functions cannot be used after the child safety is activated.
3. To deactivate the safety repeat the sequence indicated in point 1.
WARNING: If appears on the display without flashing, the oven is not necessarily off. Pay attention.
