Using the cloud services
• To have easier access to any of your cloud services accounts
in this application, you can set either of the following, if
enabled by your administrator in Settings:
Set up a PIN
After signing in to your cloud service account, you can set
an optional 4-digit PIN.
• Your PIN may expire after a limited time,
depending on your cloud service.
• If your PIN has been locked, forgotten, or
has expired, select the appropriate option
to reset your PIN. Follow the instructions on
your screen.
Stay signed in
While using any cloud service, you can select this option
to keep the current account active for a limited time, until
you log out of the account, or close the application.
If account authentication is successful, then the scan and print options become
available. If account authentication is unsuccessful, then make sure that:
• Your account credentials are correct.
• The correct cloud service root certificates are registered. For more
information, see KYOCERA Cloud Connect Installation Guide or contact your
system administrator.
• Your printer is connected to the internet and, if applicable, has correct proxy
settings. For more information, contact your system administrator.
