Work Instruction: JTV2423DCSJ

1. Pull parts per JDE work order

2. Open box, leave TV in the box. Cut a small opening in the plastic bag to access the 2 taps on the top of the TV

3. Use pry tool to pry the edge of the tv apart. Do not insert pry tool more than an 1/8 of an inch into the grove.

5. Tape bag back together.

6. Add 4- 2x4 barcode/partnumber label to coverup each label on All 4 sides. Add yellow dot.

4. Place a small amount of glue on the tabs and snap back together. Clean up any glue residue.

7. Get first article inspection.
