SIP 05719 is a welding trolley designed to transport a welder, accessories, and a large gas cylinder. 1. Product Descripon

The welding trolley accommodates a welder, accessories & gas cylinder.

Equipped with two wheels, it is very easy to move the welder and large gas bole.

It is an ideal piece of equipment to use in garage, engineering & agricultural workshops.

3. Warning

1. Always use the trolley on a level surface. Compressed gas cylinders are dangerous

should they fall.

2. Never posion the trolley on an inclined surface. It may p over, causing damage and

possible injury.

3. Before using, make sure all fasteners are ght and cart is assembled as per the provid-

ed instrucon

4.Assembly

4. Keep instrucons safe for reference.

5. Always move the trolley by using the trolley handle. Never pull the trolley by the

welder, welding torch , leads etc as this may cause the trolley to p over.

6. Do not remove parts from the trolley whilst it is being moved.

7. Always chain the compressed gas cylinder securely with the chains provided.

8. Never weld on the compressed gas cylinder or this cart.

9. Failure to follow these warnings may result in property damage, personal or fatal

injury

5. Fing the wheels:

Lay trolley frame down with the handle poinng up.

Fit the axle through the chassis. Figs 1 & 2

Repeat for the other side of the axle.

6. Fing the retaining strap:

Follow steps in Figs 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13:

6. Fing the chain:

Fit the chain as shown in Figs 14 & 15:

Adjust to suit your bole size.
