1. Inventory
After unpacking this assembly, please check to make sure you have the following items. If any of these items
were not included in the box or appear damaged, please contact your MovinCool reseller for replacement.
Condenser (1) Insulator A (2) Insulator B (1) Insulator C (1) Insulator D (2)
Note: Refer to the CMW30 service manual for removal and installation.
2. Application of Insulators
1) Cover the brackets of the condenser with the insulator A.
2) Before attaching the insulator B, insert the CTS1 thermistor to the condenser’s middle pipe and secure the
thermistor with the tie wrap.
3) Attach the insulator B starting from the outside of the condenser‘s bracket and fold in order from the top end
(longer) to the bottom end (shorter). Make sure there is no gap between the insulator A and B.
4) Attach the insulator C starting from the end of the insulator B and fold in order from the top end (longer) to the
bottom end (shorter). Make sure there is no gap between the Insulator C and the pipes.
5) Attach the insulator D over the insulator B and C, and fold in in order from the top end to the bottom end.
Make sure there is no gap between those insulators.
