Unpack your DS-10.
Before you initial start-up, please make sure that there is no darnage caused by transportation.
Should
there
be any, consult your
deaier
and do not use the device.

the lamps (POLE BURNER R-7-S

open the Service iid.
During
the installation do not
tauch
the
glass-bulbs
bare-handed! Please follow the iamp manufacturer’s
notes!
DO not
install
lamps with a
higher
wattage! Lamps with a
higher
wattage generate temperatures the device
was not designed for. Damages
caused
by non-observance are not
subject
to warranty.

When instaiiing the devlce, make sure there
is
no highly infiammabie material
(decoration
articles,
etc.) in between a distance of min. 0.5 m.
When choosing the device’s installation
place,
please make sure that the venting
Slots
are not covered by
other devices or
decoration
material.
Mount the
projector
with the mounting
bracket
to your trussing
System.
For safety reasons use an additional
safety rope.
This device falls
under
protection
ciass i. Therefore it is essential that the
yellow/green
conductor gets
connected to
earth.The
eiectric connection must be
carried
out by a quaiified employee.
OPERATION
After you connected the
effect
to the mains, the DS-10
Starts
running. You
tan
do without a
controller
as the
DS-10 features a
built-in
microphone,
which
provides
automatic
Sound
control.
CLEANING
AND
MAINTENANCE
in

to obtain the best Ventilation possibie, keep the venting

clean from dust and dirt. We also
recommend frequent cieaning of the lenses and mirrors.
if the lamp burns out the fine-wire fuse of the DS-10 might fuse, too. Replace the fuse by a fuse of same type
and rating.
Should you need any spare

please use genuine

dealer
the serial numbers of
the
Parts
in question when
orderfng.
Before repiacing the iamp, unpiug mains iead and
let
the iamp cool down.
When operating halogen lamps, the lamp will
resch
temperatures of
up
to 200°C.
CAUTION
:

DO not
tauch
the device’s housing bare-handed
during
its Operation!
DO not flash the DS-10. Flashing the lighting
effect
will reduce the lamp’s life
because
the resulting heat
cannot
be reduced by the ventilating fan.

effects
are not designed for permanent Operation. Consistent Operation breaks will ensure
that the
device
will serve you for a long time without
defects.

should not be connected to dimmer
