ULATIONS
We would like to thank you, and congratulate you for purchasing the 7000FE end cutting system from
Reliable.
Everything you need to start end cutting is included. A heavy-duty 4” cutting head with a manual sharpener,
96” track with lifter set and uprights with a piece goods bar for your fabric.
For your safety and to fully enjoy the advantages of this product, please take a few minutes to read all of
the important safeguards and care instructions. Keep this manual handy for your reference.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Reliable's liability to the buyer, and the buyer’s remedies from Reliable, whether in contract, negligence,
tort, under any warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to the remedies provided in the foregoing Limited
Warranty. In no event shall Reliable have any responsibility or liability to the buyer for (a) any special,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, revenue, or profit,
even if Reliable has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (b) any claim against the buyer by
any third party. The price stated for the product sold is a consideration for limiting Reliable's liability.
SAFETY AND INDEMNIFICATION
During the life of the machine, the purchaser agrees to provide to all machine users (including its own
employees and independent contractors) all relevant safety information, including instruction manuals. The
purchaser also agrees to maintain the safety features and working condition of the machine, and to
adequately train all users in the safe use and maintenance of the machine.
GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING
• This machine is equipped with a very sharp and dangerous knife. Keep hands, arms, and hair away from
the knife area at all times. When the machine is not in use, keep the knife guard lowered at all times. Safety
glasses and appropriate clothing may prevent serious personal injuries.
• Disconnect the power supply from the machine when it is not in use or during routine maintenance,
including lubrication.
• The purchaser must instruct all operators in the proper use of the machine according to the instructions
on the machine and in this manual. This training must include instruction on the potential safety hazards
arising from the use or misuse of the machine. In addition to such training, the purchaser should provide
written work instructions as necessary to ensure correct use of the machine for specific cutting
applications.
• The purchaser must provide appropriate safety measures and equipment as recommended in this manual.
Observe all statutory requirements concerning the use of hazardous machinery that apply to your location.
• Do not modify this machine or disable safety features. Unauthorized modification may result in serious
personal injuries to the user. Electrical connections to this machine must be made by a qualified electrician
familiar with applicable codes and regulations.

SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: Please keep the lift handle (CB-11A), twin spring clamp (CB-02)
and cutter hand on the same side of operation when the machine is installed.
1.
SETTING UP THE FABRIC ROLL STAND (CB-13)
A) Fix the stands on both sides at the end of table and tie the drive.
B) Lie down the fabric roll on the fabric stands.
2. SETTING UP THE CLAMPS (CB-02)
A) Find and fix two clamps on both sides of the table and tie the drive.
B) Find and fix the twin spring on the clamp of the operated side (single spring set
up on another clamp).
C) Attach the spring connector (CB-17) on the bar lifter stands (CB-10).
3. SETTING UP THE BELT FOR THE BAR LIFTER (CB-25)
A) Find the green plastic belt and fix one end into the belt connector (CB-08) clamp.
B) Pull the other end of the belt across the
plastic roller.
4. SET UP RAIL (CB-01)
A) Lie down the rail on two clamps and secure with a bolt.
5. SETTING UP THE RAIL (CB-01)
A) Take off the lift handle (CB-11A) and spring (CB-49).
B) Insert the cutter plate into the rail and restore (CB-11A) and (CB-49).
6. CONNECTING THE POWER
A) Find the electric cable and connect the socket (CE-04) with the plug (CE-03) and
connect another cable end with the power source.
B) Short handle: turn on operating switch
(CE-05) for machine to start.
C) Long handle: power will be started when the cutter head is pushed out from the
operated side.
WARNING: This machine is equipped with a sharp knife. Keep hands away from knife area at all times. Use handle and control
lever when operating or handling the machine. Knife guard should be raised only enough to clear the material being cut. When
not in use, knife guard should be set at the lowest position. DO NOT OPERATE THIS MACHINE WITH KNIFE GUARD REMOVED.
OPERATION
Load the roll of material on a roll rack. Pull the material over the track and to the desired length. Push the
7000FE cutter across to cut the material and return to the home position. Lift the track using the lift
handle. The cut end of the material will lay under the track. The track will hold the material in position. The
next ply can now be spread.
CAUTION
Keep all body parts from cutter and track while the machine is in operation.
KNIFE SHARPENING
Turn the machine ON (use CAUTION when sharpening blade). To obtain a fine, keen edge on the blade,
simultaneously press and lightly hold the sharpening button which is located on the side of the 7000FE
cutter. Hold button for 5 to 10 seconds then release.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION - Before performing maintenance on the 7000FE cutter, make sure that the attachment plug is
disconnected from this system.

Reliable Corporation (“Reliable”) warrants to original purchaser of its products that every product sold by
Reliable (a “Reliable Product”) is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from
the date of purchase if properly used and maintained. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below,
Reliable will either repair or replace any part of a Reliable Product that proves defective by reason of improper
workmanship or materials. If the defective Reliable Product is no longer available and cannot be repaired
effectively or replaced with an identical model, Reliable shall replace the defective Reliable Product with a
current Reliable Product of equal or greater value. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided
by Reliable on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If
Reliable is unable to repair or replace a Reliable Product, it will refund the current value of that Reliable Product
at the time the warranty claim is made.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to a Reliable Product that results from improper installation,
accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical
or environmental conditions, wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product, or any unauthorized
disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty does not extend to any indirect, consequential or
incidental damages that may be suffered by a user or from the use of a Reliable Product, including without
limitation, any liability for third party claims for damage, and is limited to the amount paid by the original
purchaser Reliable Product with respect to which this limited warranty protection applies. This limited warranty
does not apply with respect to products that have been altered or which are missing serial numbers or for
products not purchased directly from Reliable or a dealer authorized by us to sell Reliable Products.
This limited warranty is the only warranty that applies to any Reliable Product, supersedes any and all terms that
may be contained in any other document or purchase order and may not be altered or amended except expressly
in writing by Reliable.
To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact our customer service group at
1-800-268-1649 or at support@reliablecorporation.com. You will be required to submit an original receipt via fax
or e-mail. The receipt must reflect that you are the original purchaser, the product was bought directly from us
or from an authorized Reliable dealer and that the warranty claim is being made within the warranty period. You
will be issued a return authorization number (RA#) and asked to ship the defective product together with proof
of purchase and RA#, prepaid insured to the following address:
Reliable Corporation, 5-100 Wingold Avenue, Toronto, ON M6B 4K7. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
The risk of loss or damage in transit will be borne by the customer. Once Reliable receives the defective product,
it will initiate the repair or replacement process.
