Desa Tech F30 is a portable heater designed to provide temporary heat wherever you need it. It is powered by kerosene or No. 1 fuel oil and has an output rating of 30,000 BTU per hour. The F30 has a built-in air pump that forces air through the nozzle, which lifts fuel from the tank and carries it into the combustion chamber in a fine spray. An electric arc that fires constantly between a pair of spark plug electrodes ignites the mixture of fuel and air. A fan on the other end of the motor shaft supplies additional air to the heater.
