3M's Cold Shrink Coax Sealing Kit CXS-2 is designed to provide a weatherproof seal for coax connections. It is ideal for use with surge arrestors or connectors, and can be used with either DIN or Type N connectors. The kit includes everything you need to make a quick and easy seal, including a pre-stretched silicone sleeve, a heat-shrinkable outer sleeve, and a sealant.

The CXS-2 is easy to install, even in tight spaces. Simply slide the pre-stretched silicone sleeve over the connection, then slide the heat-shrinkable outer sleeve over the silicone sleeve and heat it with a heat gun. The outer sleeve will shrink, creating a tight seal around the connection. The sealant will fill any gaps, ensuring a weatherproof seal.
