– Druckluftleitungen 5 durch die Bohrung 4 im Maschinenarm zur
Ventilleiste 6 verlegen.
– 3/2 - Wegeventile mit Magneten montieren (siehe Bauschaltplan).
– Schläuche an die 3/2- Wegeventile anschließen (Siehe
Pneumatikplan).
– Nadelfadenfänger einstellen (siehe Serviceanleitung).

– Die Brücke 2 verbinden.
Brücke geschlossen = Nadelfadenfänger montiert.
Brücke offen = Nadelfadenfänger nicht montiert.
– Seitendeckel 1 wieder schließen.

2 Mounting the needle thread catcher
The needle thread catcher 2 is fixed on the cover 1.
– Screw the needle thread catcher 2 with the two screws 3 onto the
cover 1.
Caution: Risk of injury!
Turn off the main switch!
Mount the needle thread catcher only when the machine is switched off.

– Conduct the compressed air hose 5 through the bore 4 in the
machine arm to the valve strip 6.
– Mount the 3/2 - way valve with the solenoids (see interconnection-
diagram).
– Connect the hoses onto the 3/2- way valve (see pneumatic circuit
plan).
– Set the needle thread catcher (see service instructions).

– Open the lateral cover 1.
– Connect the jumper 2.
Jumper closed = Needle thread catcher mounted.
Jumper open = Needle thread catcher not mounted.
– Close the lateral cover 1.
