1 - POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
• Beforerunningthetool,checkthatthereisnodangerousinteractionwiththeimmediateenvironment(explosivegas,ammable

• Beforeconnectingthetooltotheairinlet,checkthetriggerisnotblockedintheonpositionbyanobstacle.
• Intheeventofblockage,releasethetriggeranddisconnectthetoolfromthecompressedairnetwork.
• Ensurethattheunitonwhichworkisbeingcarriedoutisimmobilized.
• Alwaysoperate,inspectandmaintainthistoolinaccordancewithallregulations(local,state,federalandcountry),thatmayapply
to hand held/hand operated pneumatic tool.
• Forsafety,topperformance,andmaximumdurabilityofparts,operatethistoolat90psig.(6.2bar/620kPa)maximumair
pressureattheinletwith3/8’’(10mm)insidediameterairsupplyhose.
• Alwaysuseclean,dryair.Dust,corrosivefumesand/orexcessivemoisturecanruinthemotorofanairtool.
• Exceedingthemaximumpressureof90psig(6.2bar/620kPa)willleadtotheriskofdangersuchasexcessivespeed,toolwear,
breaking parts, higher torque or force that may destroy the tool and its accessories or the part being worked on.
• Maintainpowertools.Checkformisalignmentorbindingofmovingparts,breakageofpartsandanyotherconditionthatmay
affect the power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools.
• Keepcuttingtoolssharpandclean.Properlymaintainedcuttingtoolswithsharpcuttingedgesarelesslikelytobindandare
easier to control.
• UseratedaccessoriesrecommendedbyFACOMonly.Inspectaccessoriesbeforeuse.Donotusecrackedordamaged
accessories.Justbecausetheaccessorycanbeattachedtoyourpowertool,itdoesnotassuresafeoperation.
• Usethepowertool,accessoriesandtoolbits,etc.inaccordancewiththeseinstructions,takingintoaccounttheworking
conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a
hazardous situation.
• Formultiplehazards,readandunderstandthesafetyinstructionsbeforeinstalling,operating,repairing,maintaining,changing
accessories on, or working near the saw. Failure to do so can result in serious bodily injury.
• Ensurethatsparksanddebrisresultingfromusedonotcreateahazard.
• Thepneumatictoolmustbettedandconnectedtothecompressedairnetworkviaquickdisconnectstofacilitateshutdownin
the event of danger.
• Whenthelifeofthetoolhasexpired,itisrecommendedthatthetoolbedisassembled,degreasedandpartsbeseparatedby
material so that they can be recycled.
