To avoid possible damage to this Fitness Cycle, please follow these assembly steps in the correct order. Before proceeding though,
find your new Fitness Cycle’s serial number located on the front axle tube, and enter here:
Refer to this number when calling for service, and also enter this serial number on your Warranty Card and in your own records.
Be sure to read your Owner’s Guide before using your new Fitness Cycle.

NOTE: It is recommended that you apply grease to the threads of each bolt as you assemble your Fitness Cycle, to prevent
loosening and noise. Also, during each assembly step, ensure that ALL nuts and bolts are in place and partially threaded in before
completely tightening any ONE bolt.

• Slide the rear foot into place and
secure with two bolts (M8x20L) and
two lock washers (M8) to the outside
holes. Secure with two bolts (M8x65L)
and two lock washers (M8) to the
inside holes. Tighten with the 5

MODEL E3000 ONLY: Proceed to
Step 3 after completion of Step 1.

• Slide the front axle into the plastic
sleeve of the front foot. Place a
washer (M16) on each end of the
axle.
• Slide a transport wheel onto each
end of the axle. With the 5
MM
Allen
wrench, tighten a bolt (M8x19L) and
washer (M8) to each end of the axle.

MODEL E3000 ONLY: Slide the
console mast cover onto the console
mast. With the included wire-tie, pull
the sensor wire and resistance cable
through the console mast. Place the
console mast into the console mast
mounting-bracket and secure with
seven bolts (M8x15L) and six lock
washers (M8). Tighten with the 5
MM
Allen wrench. Slide the console mast
cover into place so it integrates with
the frame.
MODEL E3000 ONLY: Turn the
tension knob to level 15. Direct the
cable on the tension knob through the
tension knob bracket and into the
console mast. Connect the cable to
the tension cable located inside the
console mast. Secure the tension knob
to the tension mast with the screw
(M5x70L) and Phillips screwdriver.
MODEL E3100 ONLY: Unfold the
console mast and slide the mast into
the console mast mounting-bracket.
Secure the console mast with the
seven bolts (M8x15L) and six lock
washers (M8). Tighten with the 5
MM
Allen wrench. Slide the console mast
cover into place so it integrates with
the frame.
MODEL E3200 & E3200HRT ONLY:
Slide the console mast cover onto the
console mast. Attach the included
wire tie in the console mast to the wire
harness coming from the frame. Pull
this wire trough the console mast while
simultaneously attaching the console
mast to the frame. Secure the console
mast to the frame by tightening the
seven bolts (M8x15L) and six lock
washers (M8) with the 5
MM
Allen
wrench. Slide the console mast cover
into place so it integrates with the
frame.
• Secure the handlebar onto the
handlebar bracket with two bolts
(M8x20L) and two lock washers
(M8). Tighten with the 5
MM
Allen
Wrench.

• Remove the four mounting screws
from the back of the console. Connect
the wire harness to the console.
Attach the console to the console mast
using the four mounting screw that
were removed earlier.
• Mount the water bottle bracket to
the console mast with the included
screws.

• Slide the seat post cover onto the
seat post.
• Slide the seat post into the frame
and lower the seat post cover into
place.
• Screw the adjustment knob through
the seat post cover and into place on
the frame.
• Attach the seat to the seat post by
tightening the bolts on the underside
of the seat. Use the 14
