Southbend GMT-6-6 is a gas, tilting, cabinet base kettle with a 36” base. It has two 6-gallon kettles or one 6-gallon and one 10-gallon kettle, both made of stainless steel. The kettles are mounted on a cabinet base with a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter and boiler mountings. The base has gas boiler with controls, all stainless steel exterior, hinged doors with magnetic latches and 6” (152mm) stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet. The kettle has a double wall kettle interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle.
