Replacing pilot valve cartridge.
- Pilot valve cartridges can only be exchanged by identical cartridges for repair purposes.
- See Installation guide DOC.IG.QC41.1 for further installation instructions.
Replacement procedure:
- Before starting check that all the required parts are in-
cluded.

2 4x O-ring
1 Loosen the set screw before opening the cover.

2 Loosen the screws with a Phillips head no.2 screw driver.

3 Gently remove the pilot cartridge from the module com-
partment and replace with same part number.

4 Notice the presence of the O-rings before placing a pilot
cartridge.

5 Place the pilot cartridge and fasten the screws according
to the sequence, with a Phillips head no. 2 screwdriver.
