INSTALLING
AND
REMOVING THE UNIT
Notes:
Choose
the mounting location
where
the unit will not interfere
with the normal
ooeration on
the boat.
Before installing the unit,
connect the
wiring temporarily to
make sure
that the unit and
the
system
work
properly.
To ensure
proper
installation
.Use
only the
parts
included
with the unit.
The use of unauthorized
parts
can
cause malfunctions
Consult with
your
nearest
dealer if
installation requires the drilling
of holes
or other modifications
to the boat.
Install the unit where it does
not
get
in
the driver's
way
and
cannot iniure
the
passenger
if there is a sudden
stop.
Avoid installing the unit
where it would
be
subject to high temperature.
Keep it
out of direct sunlight
and away f
rom
hot air f rom the heater. Also
avoid
installing
the unit in an area subject
to dust, dirt or excessive
vibration.

with four screws

cord through the hole in the
mounting
plate.
6.Connect
the
cord o black box
7.Snap
face
plate
onto the installation
panel,
starting
with
the left side, then snapping
the
right
side in as well.

RADIO OPERATION
RADIO BAND
Press the BD/LD button
to
operate
the radio f unction.
There are 3 sets
total for FM band
(FMl,FM2,FM3)
There is 1 set AM band
(MW)
Up to 6 preset
stations
can be stored for each set.
TUNE/SEEK
1.ln
radio
mode,
press
the BD/LD button
to
choose
band.Every
time this button is
pressed,
the new band shows
on the display

2.Press the UP or

Press any
preset
button for
2 seconds
to
store the desired
station.
3.Repeat above steps
to
seek
and store other stations.
4.Press the AS/PS button
for 2 seconds until the
unit starts to
automatically seek
strong stations and store them in memory.
5.ln
radio mode,
press
the SCAN button
to scan
through all
strong stations.Each strong station
will be displayed
5 seconds
before
proceeding
to
the next one. During this 5
seconds
press
the
button again
to stop on a desired station.
6.ln
FM Radio mode,press MON(Mono/St)button to select
stereo or mono reception. Only
stereo is shown
on the Display.
