1.Disconnectthedeckfromthemachine;refertothe
Operator’sManual.
2.Removethecarriagebolts(1/2x2-1/2inches),the
crossshaftsupportbearing,andtheangenuts(3/8
inch)fromthefrontrightoftheframe(Figure1).
Note:Thebearinglinermaystayintactonthecross
shaft.

(3/8x1-3/4inches),thebearingliner,thecrossshaft
supportbearing,andthelocknuts(1/2inch)asshown
inFigure2.
9.Repeatsteps6through8forthebackleftoftheframe.

Removethegreasecap,locknut(3/4inch),andthecaster
wheelassemblyfromthemachine(Figure3).
Important:Thegreasesealmaystayintactandmay
notneedtobereplaced.
Note:The3washersandthe2bearingtaperrollercones
maystayintactintheframe.
Note:Retainthegreasecap.
Note:Discardthecasterwheelassemblyandthelocknut
(3/4inch).
