Concrete Repair fills and repairs cracks up to ½” (13
mm) wide in concrete, masonry, stucco, sidewalks, patios and
driveways. Benefits include:

Concrete Repair is available in 5.5-fl.oz. (163 ml)
squeeze tubes and 10-fl.oz. (296 ml) standard caulking tubes
YIELD
• 5.5-fl.oz (163 ml) tubes will yield about 12 linear feet (3.7 M) at a ¼”
(6 mm) diameter bead
• 10.1-fl.oz (296 ml) tubes will yield about 24 linear feet (7.3 M) at a
¼” (6 mm) diameter bead or 12 linear feet (3.7 M) for a 3/8” (9mm)
diameter bead
INSTALLATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean all loose dirt, dust and gravel from the crack. Surfaces to
receive Concrete Repair should be dry and free of oil and grease.
APPLICATION
(1) Cut tip of spout on angle to make a ¼" (6 mm) to 3/8" (9 mm) hole.
(2) Use cartridge in standard caulking gun. Apply by pushing cartridge
tip over surface and forcing bead of Concrete Repair deep into the
crack. Apply no thicker than 3/8" (9 mm) at a time. On horizontal
surfaces, deep cracks can be partially filled with sand prior to
application.
(3) Concrete Repair can be tooled to smooth the surface.
(4) Excess Concrete Repair can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
(5) Wait at least 24 hours before painting. Use latex paints only. Air
and surface temperature should be above 40°F(4°C) for proper
application.
(6) Do not apply if rain threatens or is predicted within 12 hours
PRECAUTIONS
Do not use to fill control / expansion joints. Do not use for structural
repairs. For horizontal structural repairs, use QUIKRETE
Polyurethane Self-Leveling Sealant (#8660-10). For vertical &
overhead repairs, use QUIKRETE Polyurethane Non-Sag Sealant
(#8660-11). May cause eye, skin and respiratory irritation. Avoid
contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing vapor. Use only
with adequate ventilation. Ingestion may cause irritation. Store
between 35 °F (2
o
C) and 100 °F (38°C). Do not apply where
temperatures may reach 140
o
F (60
o
C) or higher (fireplaces, electric
wires, etc.)
