Quikrete 862009 is a sanded acrylic formula that adheres to brick, block, stone, and concrete surfaces. It is water-resistant, has minimal shrinkage, excellent adhesion, and is non-flammable. The unique square opening is ideal for filling 3/8" mortar joints. It can be used to seal cracks and mortar joints in masonry walls. Joints must be clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or loose particles. Apply by pushing the cartridge tip over the surface and forcing a bead of caulk into the opening. Apply no thicker than 3/8” (9 mm) in one application.

Mortar Repair is a water- resistant acrylic formula that
remains relatively flexible. It is textured and colored to give the
appearance of masonry mortar. The product has minimal shrinkage,
excellent adhesion, and is non-flammable. The unique square
opening is ideal for filling 3/8" mortar joints.

Mortar Repair - 10.1 oz (296 ml) caulking tubes and
5.5 oz (163 ml) squeeze tubes

• Each 10.1 fl oz. (296 ml) tube of QUIKRETE

Mortar Repair will fill a
3/8”x 3/8" (10 mm x 10 mm) mortar joint 12 ft. (3.7 M) long.

INSTALLATION
Use to seal cracks and mortar joints in masonry walls.
Joints must be clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or loose
particles. Remove all loose mortar from the joint before filling.
Puncture seal inside the applicator tip. Use cartridge in standard
caulking gun.
Apply by pushing cartridge tip over surface and forcing bead of
caulking into the opening. Apply no thicker than 3/8” (9 mm) in one
application.
Tip of applicator acts as a tool to smooth the surface.
Excess can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
Can be painted after 24 hr. Use latex paints only.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not apply if rain threatens or is predicted within 12 hours. Not for
use as a structural repair of badly damaged walls. Protect from
freezing. Store between 35
o
F (2

C) and 100
o
F (38
o
C). Air and surface
temperature should be above 40
o
F (4
o
C) for proper application.
• Do not use to fill control / expansion joints.
Do not apply where temperatures may reach 140
o
F (60
o
C) or higher
(fireplaces, electric wires, etc.)
CAUTION
May cause eye, skin, and respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing vapor
and contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Use only with adequate
ventilation. Ingestion may cause irritation.
