Warranty
Datavideowarrantsthatth eequipmentitmanufacturesshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialand
workmanshipforaperiodof12monthsfromthedateofproductpurchased.Ifequipmentfailsdueto
suchdefects,Datavideowill,atitsoption,repairorprovideareplacementforthedefectivepartor
product.
Eq uipmentthatfailsafterthewarrantyperiod,hasbeenoperatedorinstalle dinamannerotherthan
thatspecifiedbyDatavideo,orhasbeensubjectedtoabuseorm odification,willberepaired fortime
andmaterialchargesattheBuyer’sexpense.Thiswarr antydoesnotaffectyoursta tutoryrights
withintheCountryofpurchase.
