We thank you for choosing Arzum brand blender set. This product is one of the

products which we present you to make your life easier.

In order to obtain the maximum output from your appliance, please read your

instructions manual carefully and then save for the future references.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

The basic security precautions should be always observed in using the electric

appliances.

• MakesurethatthevoltagewrittenonyourArzum Siesta Blender is appropriate

for the voltage rating of your place. Our company could not be kept responsible for

the failures due to any incompliance and it will not be covered by the guarantee.

• Yourdevice is for household use only. Itshould notbe usedfor commercial

or industrial purposes. Otherwise, inconvenient uses shall not be covered by the

guarantee.

• Keeptheapplianceawayfromandoutofthereachofchildren.

•This appliance can be used by

children aged from 8 years and above

and persons with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities or lack of

experience and knowledge if they have

been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a

safe way and understand the hazards

involved. Children shall not play with

the appliance. Cleaning and user

maintenance shall not be made by

children without supervision.

•Alwaysdisconnecttheblenderfrom

the supply if it is left unattended and

before assembling, disassembling or

cleaning;

• Do not allow children to use the

blender without supervision.

• Takecare of its knives when using or cleaning your Arzum Siesta Blender .

Because these knives are sharp, they may cause some serious injuries.

• Inordertoavoidtheelectricshockrisk,donotputthemainbodyinwaterorin

any other liquid.

• Becarefulwhenyouuseyourappliancewithorneartothechildren.

• WhenyoudonotuseyourBlender,beforeattachingorremovingitsaccessories

and when you perform the cleaning of your appliance, always unplug it from the

socket.

• Donottouchthemovingpartswhenyourapplianceisinoperation.Inorderto

minimize the risk of injury or damaging your blender, keep your hands, dressings,

hairs, spatula and other accessories from the knife and choppers when your

appliance is in operation.

• Donotoperateyourappliancewiththedamagedcable,plugandaccessories,or

if dropped or after any kind of failure. In this event, take the appliance to the nearest

Arzum authorized service to perform the necessary works on it. The plug and cord

should be always replaced by the authorized service only.

• Donotuseanypartwhichisnotproducedorrecommendedbytheproducer

company in your appliance because they may cause the fire, electric shock or

injuries.

• Removeitsaccessorieswhenyouperformthecleaningofyourappliance.

• Make sure that the accessories are properly placed before operating your

appliance.

• Makesurethatitsenginecompletelystopsbeforeremovinganyaccessoryof

your appliance.

• Donot insert yourfingers orany other objectinto the reservoirwhen your

appliance is in operation.

• Makesurethatthereservoirswhichyouwilluseareproperlyplacedbeforethe

operation.

• Donotdeactivatethelockingmechanismbymeansofothertools.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Readtheinstructionsmanualcarefully.

• Wash in the foamy water, properly rinseand dry the decanter blender, steel

blade, sealing ring, lid and measuring cup before the use.

• Blendingisaveryrapidprocess.Theengineoperatesthecutteratahighspeedto

reach success for the blending process. When you operate the blender, make sure

that the appliance is placed on a flat, clean and dry surface.

OPERATING THE BLENDER

• You can make some delicious mixes and break ice into pieces with your blender

decanter.

• Firstlyplacethesealingringonthebladeunit.

• Assemblethebladeunitontothebladeunitinterfaceandscrewthebladeunit

interface onto the bottom of the blender jar until its fixed properly.

• Placetheblenderjarwiththe

blade unit interface attached on

themotorunit.Youcanalsoplace

the blender jar on the motor unit

in two positions: with the handle

pointing to the right or to the left.

• Putthepluginthewallsocket.

• Pourtheliquidsto be

blended from the top.

NOTE: If you make any addition when the appliance is

in use, turn the cap in the middle of the blender cover

anticlockwise (to the left) and remove and make your

additions from there. After that replace the cover and

turntothearrowdirection“LOCK”.

WARNING: Use the measuring unit on the decanter

as a guide and limit the amount with maximum 1500 ml in order to prevent the

mixture to overflow.

•Placethecoverandthecoverstopperonthedecanter.

• Make sure thatthe appliance is in the “0” position

and the electricity plug is

connected to the socket.

•Operateyourapplianceat

the desired adjustment for

several seconds by means of

usingthecontrolbuttonorıcecrushbutton.

•Takeittothe“0”positionandcontrolthefood.

• Alwaysswitchofftheappliancebysettingthecontrolknobto“0”offposition

befoe you open the lid.

• Blendingisarapidprocess.Becarefultopreventthe

foods to be blended excessively.

• Usethe“PULSE”adjustmentformorecontrolinyour

short blending operations. Take the control button to

the“PULSE”positiontooperateyourblenderandkeep

pressed on this position for several seconds.

• Theappliancewillstopwheneveryoureleasethebutton.

• Dryallofthepartsproperlybeforestoring.

• NEVER wash the parts in the dishwasher.

• Do not use the powder cleaners and abrasive clothes

because they will damage the surfaces

of the parts.

• Performthecleaninganddryingwiththesoftclothesand

liquid cleaners.

WARNING: NEVER plunge the engine body into any liquid.

In order to prolong the life or your blender;

• Useyourapplianceonaflatanddrysurface.

• Replacethecoverduringtheblending.

• Donotoperateyourappliancewhenempty.

• Makesure thatthe food tobe blendedis not very

thick and heavy for the engine to operate.

• Iftheappliancegetsdifficultyeitheraddsmallamount

ofwaterfromthecoverortakeittothe“0”position,removethecoveranddrag

the mixture to the lower point in the knife direction with a rubber spatula.

• Donotusetheblenderdecantertostorethefoodsorbeverages.

WARNINGS:

• Donotoperateyourblenderformorethan3minutescontinuously.Ifyou

have not finished processing after 3 minutes, switch off the appliance for one

minte before you let it run again.

• NEVERoperatetheblenderwhenempty.

• Whenprocessinghotliquids,removetheclearplasticcenterinsertfromtwo

piece cover.

• Dividethemintosmallpartsbeforeyouputthefoodsintotheblender.

3. Malın ayıplı olduğunun anlaşılması durumunda tüketici, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin

KorunmasıHakkındaKanunun11incimaddesindeyeralan;

a-Sözleşmedendönme,

b-Satışbedelindenindirimisteme,

c-Ücretsizonarılmasınıisteme,

ç-Satılanınayıpsızbirmisliiledeğiştirilmesiniisteme,

haklarındanbirinikullanabilir.

4. Tüketicininbuhaklardanücretsizonarımhakkınıseçmesidurumundasatıcı;işçilik

masrafı,değiştirilenparçabedeli yadabaşkaherhangibiradaltında hiçbirücrettalep

etmeksizinmalınonarımınıyapmakveyayaptırmaklayükümlüdür.Tüketiciücretsizonarım

hakkını üretici veya ithalatçıya karşı kullananilir. Satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı tüketicinin bu

hakkınıkullanmasındanmüteselsilensorumludur.

5. Tüketicinin,ücretsizonarımhakkınıkullanmasıhalindemalın;

 -Garantisüresiiçindetekrararızalanması,

 -Tamiriiçingerekenazamisüreninaşılması,

 - Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici veya ithalatçı

tarafındanbirraporlabelirlenmesidurumlarında;

tüketicimalinbedeliadesini,ayıp oranında bedel indirimini veya imkan varsamalın

ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir. Satıcı, tüketicinin talebini

reddedemez. Bu talebin yerine getirilmemesi durumunda satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı

müteselsilensorumludur.

6. Malıntamirsüresi20işgününü, binek otomobil ve kamyonetler için ise 30işgününü

geçemez.Busüre,garantisüresiiçerisindemalailişkinarızanınyetkiliservisistasyonuna

veyasatıcıyabildirimitarihinde,garantisüresidışındaisemalınyetkiliservisistasyonuna

teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi

halinde üretici veya ithalatçı; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere

sahipbaşkabirmalıtüketicininkullanımınatahsisetmekzorundadır.Malıngarantisüresi

içerisindearızalanmasıdurumunda,tamirdegeçensüregarantisüresineeklenir.

7. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasında kaynaklanan

arızalargarantikapsamıdışındadır.

8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek

uyuşmazlıklarda yerleşim yerinin bulunduğu veya tüketici işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki

Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesinebaşvurabilir.

9. SatıcıtarafındanbuGaranti Belgesininverilmesidurumunda,tüketiciGümrük ve Ticaret

BakanlığıTüketicininKorunmasıvePiyasaGözetimiGenelMüdürlüğünebaşvurabilir.

5. Tüketicinin,ücretsizonarımhakkınıkullanmasıhalindemalın;

 -Garantisüresiiçindetekrararızalanması,

 -Tamiriiçingerekenazamisüreninaşılması,

 - Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici veya

ithalatçıtarafındanbirraporlabelirlenmesidurumlarında;

tüketicimalinbedel iadesini, ayıporanındabedelindiriminiveyaimkan varsa

malın ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir. Satıcı, tüketicinin

talebinireddedemez.Butalebinyerinegetirilmemesidurumundasatıcı,üreticive

ithalatçımüteselsilensorumludur.

6. Malın tamirsüresi20işgününü, binek otomobil ve kamyonetler için ise 30

işgününügeçemez.Busüre,garantisüresiiçerisindemala ilişkin arızanın yetkili

servisistasyonunaveyasatıcıyabildirimitarihinde,garantisüresidışındaisemalın

yetkiliservisistasyonunateslimtarihindenitibarenbaşlar.Malınarızasının10işgünü

içerisindegiderilememesihalindeüreticiveyaithalatçı;malıntamiritamamlanıncaya

kadar,benzerözellikleresahipbaşkabirmalıtüketicininkullanımınatahsisetmek

zorundadır.Malıngarantisüresiiçerisindearızalanmasıdurumunda,tamirdegeçen

süregarantisüresineeklenir.

7. Malınkullanmakılavuzundayeralanhususlaraaykırıkullanılmasındakaynaklanan

arızalargarantikapsamıdışındadır.

8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek

uyuşmazlıklardayerleşimyerininbulunduğuveyatüketiciişlemininyapıldığıyerdeki

Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesinebaşvurabilir.

9. SatıcıtarafındanbuGaranti Belgesininverilmesidurumunda,tüketiciGümrük ve

TicaretBakanlığıTüketicininKorunmasıvePiyasaGözetimiGenelMüdürlüğüne

başvurabilir.
