SETTING THE TEMPERATURE

checkfirsttoseewhetheralabelwithironinginstructionsisattachedtothearticle

tobeironed.Followtheseinstructions,ifany.Ifironinginstructionsaremissingbut

youdoknowthekindoffabric,thenthetablegivenbelowwillbehelpfulforyou.

• Avoidactionsthatmayharmordamagethecordorplugofyourappliance.Do

notcarryyourappliancebyholdingfromthecord.Tounplug,holdthepluganddo

notpullbythecord.

• Donotallowthepowercordtohangdownoveredgeswhereitcanbereached

bychildren.

• NEVERimmersetheironinwaterorotherliquids.

• Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use the handle and warn others of the

possibledangersofburnsfromsteam,hotwaterorthesoleplate,especiallywhen

ironingvertically.

• Storeyourironwhilecoolingdownoutofreachofchildren.

• Ensure that the iron stands upright. The soleplate may become damaged,

corroded,orstainedevenduetoasmallquantityofmoistureiftheironisstored

withthesoleplatefacingdownwards.

• Donotallowthemainscordtotouchhotsurfaces.Donotwindthemainscord

aroundthesoleplatewhentheironishot.Allowtheirontocoolcompletely

thenstoreinuprightpositiononitsheel.

•Theironmustbeusedandrestedon

astablesurface.

•Whenplacingtheirononitsstand,

ensurethatthesurfaceonwhichthe

standisplacedstable.

•The plug must be removed from

the socket outlet before the water

reservoirisfilledwithwater.

•The filling apperture must not be

openedduringuse.Instructionsforsafe

refillingofthewatertankshellbegiven.

NOTE:

1-Ifyouhavestartedironingthosefabricsthatrequirehighertemperaturesand

if you wish to iron such fabrics requiring the lowest temperature, then set the

temperatureswitchfromtheposition“•••”totheposition“•”,andwaittoallow

coolingdown.

CAUTION: There is a thermal safety fuse to protect the steam iron from over-

heating. However; for your safety always disconnected your iron from the

electrical outlet after finishing the iron or before taking a rest.

DRY IRONING

• Placeyourirononaflatsurfaceandonitsheel.Turnthetemperatureswitchto

thepositionlowesttemperature,i.e.“min”.

• Setthevariablesteambuttontothepositionofnosteam,i.e.“0”.Thiswill

preventthesteamflow;eventhereiswaterinthewatertank.

• Adjustthetemperatureswitchaccordingtothekindoffabricsyouwanttoiron.

• Youcanstartironingafterthetemperaturedisplaylightdisappears,indicatingthat

theselectedtemperatureisbeingmaintained.

NOTE: Pilot light may again turn on to maintain the selected temperature of

soleplateduringironing,whichissuitableforthearticlebeingironed.

FILLING WITH WATER

(For steam ironing and spraying)

• Removethe mains plug from the wallsocket before fillingyour iron, setthe

variable steam button the

positionofdry,i.e.“0”.

• Open the water filling

inletcover,withtheironheld

on an angle, use the water

filling beaker supplied to

pour water slowly into the

fillinghole.Donotfillhigherthanindication“MAX”ofthewatertank.

• You can use tapwater, unless itis veryhard (hardness higher than 17º PH).

Otherwise,itisadvisabletousedistilledwater.However,thedistilledwatermustbe

subjectedtoanactualdistillationprocessbeforefilling.

SPRAYING

• Atanytemperaturebypressingonthe

spraybuttonacoupleoftimes,thelaundry

tobeironedcanbedampeddown.

STEAM IRONING

• Steam ironing with your iron is only

possibleinthehighertemperaturesasindicatedinthetemperatureswitchandin

thetable.

• Ensure that there is

enough water in the water

tank.

• Set the temperature

switchtothecorrectposition

forsteamflows.

• Assoonasthetemperaturedisplaylightdisappearsyoucanstartironing.

SHOT OF STEAM

• When and if required, in order to

supply more steam you can iron quite

easilyyourhardironableandtoowrinkly

clothsthroughshotofsteamduringboth

steamanddryironing.

VERTICAL STEAM

• Setthetemperaturecontroldialtothepositionmax,

andthevariablesteambuttontothepositionmax.Stand

againsttheclothsandcurtainsthatyouwouldironinthe

verticalposition.Depresstheshotofsteambutton.

WARNING: NEVER ATTEMPT TO IRON ANY

CLOTHS WHEN WORN BY YOU OR OTHERS.

AFTER USE

•Set the variable steam

buttontotheposition“0”.

• Remove the mains plug

from the wall socket and

waitforthesoleplatetocool

downcompletely.

•Holdtheirondownward,andpouroutthewatercontainedinthetankbyshakingit.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Ensurethatyourironisdisconnectedfromthepowersupplyandallowtheiron

tocooldownthoroughly.

• Theremaybesomefabricdepositsandotherresiduesonthesoleplate.Those

stickyresiduescanberemovedwithadampthickclothsoakedinavinegar/water

solution.Thenwipeoffthesoleplatewithadrycloth.

• Donotuseabrasiveandscratchingobjectsonthesoleplatewhencleaning.Avoid

hardcontactwithmetalobjects.

• Wipeuptheoutersurfaceofyourironwithadampcloth,andwipedrywitha

dryone.Donotuseabrasivesorharshcleanersastheymaydamagethesurfaceof

theiron.

• Neverimmersetheironinwateroranyotherliquids.

• Donotputvinegarorchemicalcalcificationremoversintothewatertank.

• Fromtimetotimecleantheinsideofthewatertankalso,byfillingwithwaterand

shaking.Thenpourthewaterout.

4. Tüketicinin bu haklardan ücretsiz onarım hakkını seçmesidurumundasatıcı;

işçilikmasrafı,değiştirilenparçabedeliyadabaşkaherhangibiradaltındahiçbir

ücret talep etmeksizin malın onarımını yapmak veya yaptırmakla yükümlüdür.

5. Tüketicinin,ücretsiz onarım hakkını kullanmasıhalindemalın;

6. Malıntamirsüresi20 iş gününü,binekotomobilvekamyonetleriçinise30 iş

gününügeçemez.Busüre,garantisüresiiçerisindemalailişkinarızanınyetkiliservis

istasyonunaveyasatıcıyabildirimitarihinde,garantisüresidışındaisemalınyetkili

servis istasyonuna teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü

içerisindegiderilememesihalindeüreticiveyaithalatçı;malıntamiritamamlanıncaya

kadar, benzerözellikleresahipbaşkabirmalıtüketicininkullanımınatahsis etmek

zorundadır.Malıngarantisüresiiçerisindearızalanmasıdurumunda,tamirdegeçen

süregarantisüresineeklenir.

7. Malınkullanmakılavuzundayeralanhususlaraaykırıkullanılmasındakaynaklanan

arızalargarantikapsamıdışındadır.

8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek

uyuşmazlıklardayerleşimyerininbulunduğuveyatüketiciişlemininyapıldığıyerdeki

Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesinebaşvurabilir.

9. SatıcıtarafındanbuGaranti Belgesininverilmesidurumunda,tüketiciGümrük ve

Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğüne

başvurabilir.
