Fast Fists Owner’s Manual
Be careful when dealing with larger Fast Fists components, as they might require effort to lift and
attach; Some steps require two individuals, have a second person assist you during assembly. Before each
Fast Fists use, make sure that all screws have been tightened securely, as the Fast Fists will endure shock
forces during most workouts.
This icon means a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death
or serious injury.
Obey the following warnings:
Read and understand all warnings on this machine.
Carefully read and understand the Fast Fists Owner’s Manual.
• Keep bystanders and children away from the Fast Fists you are assembling at all times.
• Do not assemble this Fast Fists outdoors or in a wet or moist location.
• Make sure assembly is done in an appropriate work space away from foot traffic and exposure to
bystanders.
• Some components of the Fast Fists can be heavy or awkward. Use a second person when doing
the assembly steps involving these parts. Do not do steps that involve heavy lifting or awkward
movements on your own.
• Set up this Fast Fists on a solid, level, horizontal surface.
• Do not try to change the design or functionality of this machine. This could compromise the safety
and can void the warranty.
• If replacement parts are necessary use only genuine Fast Fists replacement parts and hardware.
Failure to use genuine replacement parts can cause a risk to users, keep the Fast Fists from
operating correctly or void the warranty.
• Do not use or put the Fast Fists into service until the machine has been fully assembled and
inspected for correct performance in accordance with Owner’s Manual.
• Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two
blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding
prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit
into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
• Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point where they exit from the CPU and monitor.
• Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
• Unplug this product during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
