Assemble Stand (See Illustrations)
1. Locate the two crimped base rails (c), and the two non-crimped base rails (D). Insert the crimped end of
one of the crimped base rails (c) into the straight end of the non-crimped base rail (D) until the silver lock-
pin is fully engaged in the lock-pin hole as shown in Figure 1. Repeat with second leg by repeating this
procedure. Make sure the silver lock-pins are fully engaged into the lock-pin hole, Figure 2.
2. Locate the four upright poles (B) and insert one pole into each of four ends on the two leg assemblies as
in Figure 3. You should now have legs and uprights connected as shown in Figure 4.
3. Locate the two header bars (A). While holding the header bar (A), insert one of the four upright pole ends
of the assembled legs into the header bar until the silver lock-pin is fully engaged in the lock pin hole as
shown in Figure 5. Repeat with the other end of this header bar, and then repeat the procedure with the
second header bar for the opposite end of the stand.
4. Locate the four spiral hooks (J). Remove lock washer from each spiral hook and insert the straight ends of
the spiral hooks through the holes on the top of the two header bar and reattach the lock nut to the spiral
hook as shown in Figure 6. Make sure lock nuts are located on the bottom side of the header bars,
and are all securely tightened.
Assemble And Attach Hammock Bed (See Illustrations)
1. Locate the four Loop Rings (H), and the four chains (I). Loop one chain onto each Loop Ring as shown in
Figure 7.
2. Locate the two metal dowels (E) and the hammock bed (F). Each end of the hammock bed has a sewn hem.
Start inserting the metal dowel (E) into the sewn hem of the fabric bed as in Figure 8 until the dowel reaches the
hem cut-out.
3. Now locate one of the Loop Rings with the attached chain. Continue to insert the metal dowel through the loops
of the loop ring and into the sewn hem beyond the hem cutout as in Figure 9. Continue to slide the dowel
through the sewn hem, and repeat the above procedure at the next hem cutout. Then push the dowel all the way
to the end of the hammock bed as shown in Figure 10. Attach the pillow (G) by looping the elastic loops onto
the second metal dowel while you are repeating the above procedure for the opposite end of the fabric hammock
bed as shown in Figure 11.
4. Now attach the fabric hammock bed to the stand by looping the chain links over the spiral hooks that are now
attached to the header bars as in Figure 12. Make sure you loop the same chain link on each of the four spiral
hooks so bed hangs evenly. Figure 13.
Caution:
Never exceed the weight capacity of 250 lbs. Never allow children to use the
hammock without adult supervision. Always inspect the hammock before each
use to assure all lock-pins are fully engaged and hammock is assembled
securely. - - - - Store in a cool dry place. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
