With the water tank 1 full the product will
humidify the air for 30 minutes.

Set the rotary switch 5 to position to switch
the product off again.
Discard any water remaining in the water re-
servoir 2 after use to prevent the growth of
bacteria. To do so, allow the product to cool
down, remove the water tank 1 and tip the
product so water can drain out of the water
reservoir 2.
Maintenance and cleaning
Always unplug from the outlet before maintai-
ning and cleaning the product.
Cleaning the product
Do not use aggressive chemicals
or scouring agents.
Clean the housing 6 with a soft, dry cloth.
Clean the inside of the housing about once a
month to prevent limescale and bad odors.
To do so, fill the water tank 1 with water and
vinegar (50 % each).
Plug into the outlet.
Set the rotary switch 5 to position . The edge
of the rotary switch will light up blue. After 1 mi-
nute steam will come out of the steam chamber

.
Run the appliance for 15 minutes.
Set the rotary switch 5 to position to switch
the product off again.
Then unplug from the outlet.
Now remove the water tank 1 and the steam
chamber 7 and fill the housing 6 with clean
water.
Clean the inside of the housing with a soft sponge.
Then discard the water from the housing 6
and place it upside down to dry, e.g. on a dish
drying rack. The inside of the appliance must be
completely dry before using the appliance again.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging through your
local recycling facilities and in compli-
ance with all federal, state and local
regulations.
Contact your local waste management
authority for additional information on
how to dispose of the used product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of
the product properly when it has reached the end
of its useful life, do not throw in the garbage. Infor-
mation on collection sites and their opening hours
is available from your local authority.
Three year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
· Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
· Damage not caused by normal wear and tear or
failure to follow the safety and maintenance in-
structions provided in the user manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
· Normal wear and tear of the product, including
fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);
· Improper use or transport;
· Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;
· Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire,
water, etc.);
· Tampering with the product (such as removing
cover, unscrewing screws etc.).
Consequential and incidental damages are also not
covered under this warranty. However, some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so this limitation or ex-
clusion may not apply to you.
