REAR CABINET ASSY REMOVAL
Step 1 Remove 4 screws A which fasten the REAR CABINET ASSY, and the Hook (Do
Not Completely Remove Rear Cabinet without performing Step 2)
Step 2 Disconnect FFC, 28P which is connected to the PCB-Main and PCB-LCD

PCB MAIN REMOVAL
Step 1 Remove 6 screws B which fasten the PCB-Main
Step 2 De-Solder the 4 LEAD WIRES
placed on the PCB-Main
Step 3 Disconnect FPC from PCB-Main.
Step 4 Lift PCB-Main up and disconnect FFC, 45P before fully removing PCB-Main (PCB-
Main can now be removed)

DVD MECH.
Step 1 Remove the 3 screws C which fasten the DVD MECH.
Step 2 Disconnect the FFC, 50P
from the DVD MECH. (The DVD MECH. can now be
removed)

Step 1 Remove 8 screws D which fasten the PCB-ML to the REAR CABINET ASSY.(shown in
the above picture)
Step 2 De-Solder the 2 LEADWIRES
placed on the FAN, MOTER, DC side.(The PCB-ML can
now be removed)

Step 1 Remove 2 E screws
Step 2 De-solder 2 LEAD WIRES
Step 3 De-solder 2 COPPER LEADS
Step 4 Disconnect FFC, 6P form PCB-W, KEY (The PCB-W LCD can now be removed)
