Quick Start(See User Guide)
Cleaning mode selection
CISNO robot vacuum cleaner has several cleaning modes to choose from to
effectively clean different floors by using the remote control or App. For more
information, please see the WiFi setup instruction.
Smart Cleaning Mode
This is the most commonly used mode. At various times throughout the cleaning
cycle, the robot touches up around the edges of the room, as well as chair legs and
other furniture until it has cleaned an entire level of your home.
To start smart cleaning mode, pres the button on the robot, or on the app, or the
on the remote control.
Spot Cleaning Mode
When you select Spot Cleaning, robot intensely cleans a localized area by spiraling
outward about 3 feet (1 meter) in diameter and then spiraling inward to where it
started. When Spot Cleaning, robot boosts its vacuum power to provide the best
cleaning possible where you need it. To use Spot Cleaning, place robot on top of the
localized debris and touch the edge clean on the APP.
Edge Cleaning Mode
After robot finishes cleaning the open areas of your floor, it uses Edge Clean to
ensure that it has cleaned along walls and around furniture legs. If you prefer a
quicker edge cleaning, press the button on Remote Control, or touch the edge
clean on the APP.
Single Room Cleaning Mode
When you select this mode, robot only cleans a limited area(8*8m). To use this
mode, press the button on the remote control, or on the APP.
NOTE: You can adjust the vacuum power by pressing the button on remote control,
or on the APP.
MAINTAINING YOUR CISNO ROBOTIC VACUUM
Emptying the dust bin
1. Lift the top cover and take out the dust bin.
2. Open the dust bin.
3. Empty debris and dust into trash.
Cleaning the filters
1. With the dust bin out of the unit, clear dust from the suction channel.
2. Remove the HEPA filter.
3. Clean the dust bin and filters with a cleaning brush
NOTE:
Wash the dust bin and pre-filter with water only. Do not wash the HEPA filter
with water, as it may damage the filter and reduce suction power.
Turn off power before performing any maintenance.
For best results, empty the dust bin after every cleaning.
Cleaning the side brushes
The side brushes need regular cleaning, as dirt may adhere to them and hair and
fibers can easily get tangled in them.
1. Carefully unwind and remove string and hair from side brushes.
2. Gently wipe side brushes with a damp cloth.
Replacing the side brushes
To remove a bent or damaged side brush, pull it off its post. To install new side
brush, align hole in center of brush over post on bottom of unit. Press side brush
down over the post until it clicks into place. L and R corresponds to each other.
Cleaning the cliff sensors and charging pads
For best results, clean cliff sensors and charging pads periodically as needed. With a
cloth or a cleaning brush, gently dust off the sensors and pads.
Cleaning the removable front wheel
The rotating front wheel on the bottom of the unit should be cleaned once a week.
Use the cleaning tool to cut off and remove hair tangled around the wheel.

Tips and tricks
CISNO Robot Vacuum cleaner can clean all areas of your floors and navigate its way
out of tight spaces. During your first few cleanings, you may need to make some
small adjustments to optimize its performance.
Cords and obstructions
Always prep your home before cleaning. Some furniture or loose cords may create
problems for your robot. Clean away cords and obstructions or block off the area.
Low-clearance furniture
Your Robot may find its way under furniture with low clearance, but not be able to
free itself. Use furniture risers to increase clearance, or create a no-go zone.
Doorway thresholds
Your robot can easily climb over most common thresholds(0.6). However in some
situations they may present a challenge.
Returning to dock
If your robot roams too far, it could have trouble finding the dock. It may be helpful
to block off part of your home with physical objects, or to add a second dock.
