COUNTERWEIGHT SUPPORT FOR MTD TRACTORS 2000 SERIES

INSTRUCTIONS

a) Set the parking brake and remove the ignition key.

b) Insert the right support plate (item 1) & left support plate (item 2) on the tractor frame as shown. Secure

each side with the two 1/2’’ x 1’’ hex bolts (item 3) and two flat washers 9/16’’ (item 4). Do not tighten right

now.

c) Slide the support flat bar (item 5) in the vertical slots on the support plates.

d) Place the six weights (item 6) between the support plates and secure in place by inserting the pin (item 7)

through the support plates and through the weights. Lock in place with the a hair pin 4mm (item 8) on each

side.

e) Tighten all bolts and nuts securely.

INSTRUCTIONS

a) Mettre le frein de stationnement et enlever la clé de contact.

b) Insérer la plaque de support droite (item 1) & la plaque de support gauche (item 2) sur le châssis du tracteur

tel qu’illustré. Sécuriser chaque côté avec deux boulons hex 1/2’’ x 1’’ (item 3) et deux rondelles plat

9/16’’ (item 4). Ne pas serrer tout de suite.

c) Glisser la barre plate pour support (item 6) dans les rainures verticales sur les plaques de support.

d) Placer les six poids (item 6) entre les plaques de support et sécuriser en place en insérant la goupille (item

7) au travers des plaques de support et des poids. Bloquer en place avec une goupille à ressort 4mm (item

8) à chaque extrémité.

e) Serrer tout les boulons et écrous fermement.
