8. In order to make the coin appear again, you first pile up
the hat and then the empty ring on the felt-covered ring
(picture 7).
9. Make a new spell: “The vanished coin only responds to
me. Simsalabim, it is here as you can see!”
10. Take all items together off the coin and place them on
the magic cloth: the coin has reappeared (picture 8).

5. Show the other wooden ring to the audience and stick it
on your finger. Explain that it is a magic ring. Then stick
the ring into the hat (picture 4).
6. Lift the piled items by grabbing the lower ring and pla-
cing it on top of the coin. Make sure the audience
doesn't see the felt of the lower ring (picture 5).
Say your magic spell: “Abracadabra, not a rustle from
the audience! As the coin here will vanish and not just
by coincidence!”
7. Take the simple wooden ring off the hat, and then the
magic hat from the pile. Place both items next to the other
