Lau Blower Kit
For CMF Furnace Models
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION SEQUENCE FOR
BLOWER/MOTOR ASSEMBLY 903126
1. Remove existing blower by disconnecting wiring plug
and removing the securing screws on the blower deck.
Pull the blower assembly forward to remove.
2. Slide the new blower assembly into place by aligning
the blower flanges with the lances in the deck.
3. Secure the blower housing to the deck with the securing
screws.
4a. If replacing a 3-speed blower: Connect the wiring
plug and proceed to Step 5.
4b. If replacing a single-speed blower proceed as
follows: Connect the new blower wiring as shown in
Figures 1 and 2. The black wire lead provided in the
kit must be plugged into the appropriate receptacle for
proper furnace operation. NOTE: Use care to select
the correct wire location initially as the wire cannot be
removed without special tools.
CAUTION: Miswiring the blower motor can result
in noisy operation or overheating.
5. Using the wire tie provided bundle and tie up the wires
as needed to prevent interference with the blower.
