Althou g h som e of the ear lier mobile pho n e models whi ch have B l uetooth fu nctio n, it m ay
no t compatible with this uni t.
Befor e you did the B lueto oth pair ing/connecti on, following infor m ation will hel p:
(A) Whil st th e unit is sear ching for Bluetooth devi ce (e.g. iP h one), th e Bl uetooth LED
in di cator will blin k fast.
Whi lst the uni t pair ed with a Bl uetooth devi ce (e.g . iP ho ne), the Blueto o th L ED i ndicato r
will blink slo wly.

Blu etooth pair ing/connection
1. P r ess the S TANDB Y
button to tur n on th e unit.
2. P r ess the F UNCTI ON button to selec t B lueto oth m o de. The " bt " indicator dis pl ays.
3. Th e unit will s ear ch neig hbo ur i ng Blueto oth device and the Blueto oth L ED i ndicator
will blin k fast.
4. Fr om the iP ad/iP h one/i P od Tou ch, turn on its Blueto oth functi on and it wi ll als o
sear ch for the neig hbo ur ing Bluetooth device.
5. Fr om the Blu etooth device lis t of your iP ad/iP h one/iP od Tou ch, t ap on Blu etooth
device nam e “NTX” of this model for th e co nnection (PIN is not r equir ed). In case it
pr om pts fo r the P IN, pl ease enter “0000”.
6. On ce th e Apple device is pai r ed wi th th e u nit, th e B luetooth L ED indicator wi ll bli nk
sl owly.

: With you r mobile device is pair ed, in the cas e of (i) pr ess ing
the FUNCTI ON butto n a r ound tr ip back to the B l uetooth m ode or (ii ) tur n the u nit off
and o n ag ain , the u nit wil l au to- pair with the pr evio usly con nected m obile device.

2. P res s th e FUNCTI ON bu tton to sel ect F M r adi o Ster eo or Mon o r eceiving mode, wh er e

F M” an d m ono indicator “ F M “ dis play r especti vely.
3. To m anu all y tune to a des ir ed station , r epeatedl y pr ess the TUN +/- / bu tton.
4. To autom aticall y sear ch for stations wi th str on g signals, pr ess and hol d the TUN +/-
/ butto n un til the frequency digits on display beg ins to scan th en r eleas e the button.
The tun er will stop o n the fir st str on g s ignal it finds.
Notes:
Manual tune to select weak er stations that m ight be ski pped dur i ng auto m atic
tuning.
If the automatic tuni ng does not stop on the exact fr equ ency of the station , for
exam ple, it stops on 88.9 MHz in stead of 88.8 MHz, use th e manual tu ning m ethod to
"fi ne tune" to the exact fr equen cy of the desir ed s tatio n.

2. P r ess the FUNCTI ON butto n to select F M r adio m ode.
3. P r ess and h old the M E M butto n fo r auto- pr eset. The tuner will autom atical ly scan for
str onger s tatio ns fr om low fr equency to high fr equency and then stor e them i n th e
pr eset channel s.

2. P r ess the FUNCTI ON bu tton to s elect FM r adio m ode.
3. Tu ne to the r adio s tati o n you want to stor e in m emor y by pr essi ng the TUN +/- /
button.
4. P r ess the MEM bu tton. Th e pr eset ch an n el num ber appear s o n display an d bl inks .
5. To sel ect des ir ed pr eset s tati on num ber , pr es s th e / button fr o m the m ain u nit
or th e CH +/- button fr om the r emote contr ol.
6. To confir m pr eset locatio n, pr ess th e MEM bu tton.
7. R epeat steps 3 to 6 to stor e other station s, if apply.
Notes:
- Ther e is a few seconds delay when pr o gr amm ing, after this delay time, the u nit will
autom aticall y switch back to norm al tuner mode.
- Y o u can over wr ite a pr eset station by over wr iti ng and stor ing the new fr equen cy in its
place.
