The Panasonic KXTH112 is a cordless phone system with a variety of features to make your calling experience more convenient. With the ability to connect to two separate phone lines, you can easily manage multiple calls and avoid missing important conversations. The base unit's answering system includes a two-minute recording time, allowing you to capture messages from callers when you're away. Up to seven additional handsets can be registered to the base unit, providing flexibility and convenience for making and receiving calls throughout your home or office.

Setting up
Connect the included telephone line cord depending on your situation.
If you subscribe to a DSL service, connect a noise filter to the telephone line between the
base unit and the telephone line jack. Refer to the operating instructions for connections.

Using the joystick
The handset joystick can be used to navigate through
menus and to select items shown on the display, by
pushing it up {^}, down {V}, left {<}, or right {>}.
Adjusting audio volume
Push the joystick up {^} or down {V} repeatedly while
talking.
Handset soft keys
The handset features 2 soft keys and a joystick. By
pressing a soft key, or by pressing the center of the
joystick you can select the feature shown directly
above it on the display.
Center of joystick:
The joystick can be used to select the center soft key
icon, by pushing down on the center of the joystick.

Using the answering
system remotely
1 Dial your phone number from a touch tone phone.
2 After the greeting message starts, enter your remote
code. (Default remote code is “11”.)

messages.

Registering a cellular phone (Base unit)
1 Base unit:
Press and hold the desired CELLULAR SELECT button ({1} to {5}) until a short beep
sounds.
L CellPhone Registering” is displayed and the CELLULAR SELECT button
starts flashing yellow-green.
2 Your cellular phone:
Follow the instructions of your cellular phone to enter the registration mode.
L Depending on your cellular phone, it may ask you to enter the base unit PIN (Default:
7262”).
L When registration is completed successfully, the unit beeps and the button stops
flashing but remains lit in yellow-green.

Place the handset on the base unit,
then check if the charge indicator is on.

battery from the handset, then plug in the AC adaptor
