INTRODUCTION

PZ3000 Ingredient scale. It has been designed
and manufactured at our factory in Webb City,
MO U.S.A. with quality and reliability.
This manual will instruct you in the proper
installation, operation and maintenance of your
new scale. Please read it before attempting to
use the scale and keep it handy for future
reference.
