soggetti a garanzia.
Nu lăsați niciodată sub tensiune grătarul neîncăr-
cat.
staan. Hierdoor kan de thermische zekering van de
stekker overbelast worden en sneller defect gaan. Doorge-
brande zekeringen vallen niet onder garantie.
Never leave an empty griddle on full power. This al-
lows the thermal fuse in the plug to be overloaded
and blown faster. Blown fuses are not covered by warranty.

Special safety information
The unit heats up very quickly and cools down only very slowly. Watch out for splashing of
fat and vapours during operation and and even during the grilling process! Touch it only
at the handle.
Do not place this unit next to hot devices (e.g. next to a cooker or oven). Also, there must
be no inflammable objects (such as curtains) near the unit.
Healthier grilling
With this indoor grill, you can prepare food much
healthier than with earlier grill devices: The grill
plate has been given a non-stick coating. It there-
fore requires very little or no oil for the grilling
process.
Before first use
• Remove all packing material.
Clean the unit before using it for the first time (see
CLEANING AND CARE).
There can be some smells when using it for the
first time. Residues left over from the manufac-
turing process are being burned on the grill plate.
Position the appliance in such a way that the plug
is accessible at all times.
Operation
First, prepare the food to be grilled (clean, mari-
nate, apply spices and, if necessary, a thin layer of
oil or fat). Let moist foodstuffs dry.
Place the stuff to grill at the centre of the bak-
ing plate. Do not use any metallic or sharp edged
tools. They could damage the non-stick coating on
the unit.
Plug the connector with thermostat into the ap-
pliance, then connect the main plug to a suitable
socket.
Turn the thermostat pass “0”, the indicator lamp
lights up, the baking plate begins to heat up.
Caution: the unit becomes very hot during opera-
tion! Touch it only at the handle.
You can terminate the grilling process any time
by turning the thermostat to “0” or pulling out the
mains plug.
Always pull out the mains plug, when the grilling
operation is over.
