satisfactory, please DO NOT call the store where purchased or
return the product to them. Contact Badger Basket for assistance.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe the table, pad, and safety belt clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS before use of this changing table. Keep instructions for
future use. Choking Hazard! Keep unassembled parts out of the reach of small
children. Use only the parts, hardware, and changing pad provided by Badger
Basket. Do not use the changing table if it is damaged or broken.
FALL HAZARD - To prevent death or serious injury, always keep baby within arm’s
reach.
NEVER leave your baby unattended, not even for a moment, when you are chang-
ing Baby’s diaper. ALWAYS use the safety belt provided; and as an extra precaution
keep at least one hand on your baby at all times.
DO NOT allow any children to climb or play on the table.
Periodically check to make sure all the bolts and screws remain tight.
This table is suitable for use with children weighing up to 30 lbs. (13.64 kg).

Power driver is helpful but be careful not to damage the product.

** The two TOP SHELF RAILS have a larger
shelf groove than the other three rails. The
TOP SHELF PANEL is thicker than the
middle shelf panel.

STEP 1: See PICTURE 1. Insert FOURTEEN PEGS (A) into the peg holes on the ends of the TWO TOP RAILS (B)
and the FIVE SHELF RAILS (C1, C2).
STEP 2: See PICTURE 2. Attach the TWO TOP RAILS (B), TWO TOP SHELF RAILS (C1), and THREE MIDDLE/
LOWER SHELF RAILS (C2) to ONE END PANEL (D) using SEVEN BOLTS (E). Be sure the shelf grooves on the
rails line up with the shelf grooves on the end panel.

STEP 3: See PICTURE 3. Rest the table on the END
PANEL (D). Insert the TOP SHELF PANEL (F1) and
MIDDLE SHELF PANEL (F2) into the grooves on the
SHELF RAILS (C1, C2) with the white or the colored
sides facing up (depending on your model). Be sure the
shelves are seated into the grooves on all three sides.

STEP 4: See PICTURE 3. Attach the second END PANEL (D) to the TWO TOP RAILS (B) and the FIVE SHELF
RAILS (C1, C2) using SEVEN BOLTS (E). Be sure the TWO SHELF PANELS (F1, F2) are properly seated in the
grooves on all sides.
STEP 5: See PICTURES 4A, 4B and 4C. Slip one end of the SAFETY BELT (G) between the TOP RAIL (B) and the
TOP SHELF RAIL (C1). Using the pre-made holes on the SAFTEY BELT (G) and the underside of the TOP SHELF RAIL
(C1), sandwich the end of the SAFETY BELT (G) between the METAL SUPPORT BAR (H) and the top shelf rail as shown
and secure with ONE LONG SCREW (I). Repeat to secure the other ends of the safety belt and the metal bar.

STEP 8: See PICTURE 7. Attach the remaining SIDE PANEL (L) to both FRONT/REAR PANELS (K) using FOUR
BOLTS (E) and FOUR BARREL NUTS (P). Be sure the BOTTOM PANEL (M) is seated in the groove.
STEP 9: See PICTURE 8. Turn the storage cart upside down. Attach one WHEEL (N) to each corner of the BOTTOM
PANEL (M) using FOUR SHORT SCREWS (O) for each wheel.
STEP 6: See PICTURE 5. Attach ONE FRONT/REAR PANEL (K) to ONE SIDE PANEL (L) using TWO BOLTS (E)
and TWO BARREL NUTS (P). The grooves face in and line up. Insert the SUPPORT BAR (Q) into the hole in the center
of the REAR PANEL (K).
STEP 7: See PICTURE 6. Attach the SIDE PANEL (L) to the remaining FRONT/REAR PANEL (K) using TWO BOLTS
(E) and TWO BARREL NUTS (P). The grooves face in and line up and the SUPPORT BAR (Q) is inserted and secure on
both sides. Slide the BOTTOM PANEL (M) into the grooves making sure it is properly seated on all sides. The white or the
colored side (depending on your model) faces up.

STEP 10: See PICTURE 9. Turn the table right side up. Place the MATTRESS/PAD (J) onto the TOP
SHELF PANEL (F1) underneath the SAFETY BELT (G). Insert the STORAGE CART into the space
beneath the table as shown. The cart does not attach to the table. It remains independent so that you can
use it with the table, or use it elsewhere in the house.
