Peristaltic Dispensers in UC and HT
Model
Undercounter range and Hood Type range with peristaltic Rinse Aid Dispenser
(atmospheric boiler versions) and / or Detergent Dispenser.
Problem
Not filling because of broken squeezing wheel (rotary rollers holder).
Reason
It’s due to a contamination of the polycarbonate by residual of cutting oil for
motor shaft production.
Action in
Factory
From May 2003 the supplier has introduced cleaning (with a specific solvent)
of all motor shafts.
Moreover since serial number 41600001 we have introduced rollers holder in
Pocan® (PBT) that is more cutting oils-proof and has higher mechanical
characteristics than Makrolon® (PC) we have used so far.
The new rotary rollers holder is black while the old one was yellow:

Action in
Field
New dispensers are perfectly interchangeable towards previous ones.
All peristaltic dispensers in SPLC Pordenone warehouse have been
recovered. Their spare part codes are:
• Rinse Aid Dispenser 049625 and 0L0506 (black V-0 plastic case for North
America models).
• Detergent Dispenser 049624 and 0L0507 (black V-0 plastic case for North
America models).
The present modification/upgrade can be retrofitted and it is not mandatory.
