To form a fully type approved Track steering system according to IEC62065 ed.1 the CS68 19/24” ECDIS system must be connected
to an AP80 via an SI80 board (in and SI80, AC80A, AC80S or AC85 computer).
USB Extender and E-Token MUST be connected to USB port 2, 3 or 4.
Keyboard and Trackball/Mouse MUST NOT be connected via USB ports.

The ECDIS unit has a dual
input power supply which will
accept both AC and DC input.
If both inputs are connected,
the unit will be powered by
AC. If AC is disconnected it will
automatically switch over to
DC without aecting the
operation of the unit. This
makes it possible to use AC
power as primary power and a
24V battery as secondary
power.
Fix the ferrite clamp (5) as
close as possible to the
connector on the keyboard
cable.
