Holman presents to you, the Smart Control gardener range. An ever increasing range of
garden watering and irrigation control equipment that are controllable via your Smart Phone.
In both iOS and Android formats.
iWater™ watering control products allow you to use your Smart Phone to control all the
programming and interface functions on your tap timers or irrigation controllers.
Download the App at no cost and you will soon have total control of your garden watering.
INTRODUCTION
The Holman Water App allows you to run up to 8 tap timers.
These tap timers will automatically WATER SEQUENTIALLY once they are programmed via
your smart phone or tablet. This means that tap timer No 1 will water first and when the allotted time
is run it will switch of
f and tap timer No 2 will open up. This continues until all tap timers programmed
on the App are run.
SIMPLE SETUP
iWater™ is very easy to setup. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings.
Simply select the tap timer number and adjust the watering days, run time and start time(s) on your
phone and the tap timer will work out the rest.
1.) Download the App. Please visit the App Store or Google Play and search
for "Holman Water”. You will be able to download the Holman App directly
off the App Store or Google Play.
You need to have an Apple account to have access to the store.
The Holman App is free.
2.) Select the required Bluetooth device. Tap Timer zone option. Once you've loaded the
Holman App you are given the option to choose between different Bluetooth device.
Select your Tap Timer model to be able to set the settings to the correct Tap Timer.
3.) Designate your Tap Timer to one zone nos. 1-8. Open the program page and set your
requirements for 1 or up to 8 Tap Timers. For the App to work correctly you will need to
assign the Tap Timer to one station.

Set Run Times and stop watering operations with one click.
Note: You can have a different manual watering time
to auto watering time.
2) CONNECT TAP TIMERS WITH THE APP
To update the watering settings from the App to your
tap timer, press “CONNECT”. Another page will open and
takes you through the updating process.

1) Select the Tap Timers
Click on the “Toggle” switch to select and unselect tap timers.
2) Update your Tap Timer
Click on the “Download” button and the device will upload
the new settings.
3) Go back
Click on the “BACK” button after downloading to save
battery consumption.

Choose a tap timer to programme
Every tap timer has to be designated to one zone.
Once you have chosen your zone you can begin
adjusting the settings.
Choose the Watering Interval
7 DAYS.
You can choose between “Individual Day Selection”,
“ODD Days”, “ODD Days - 31”, “Even Days” and
“Interval”.
Choose the Watering Days.
If you choose “7 Days” you can set the Watering
Days per day. To enable the day switch the slide
button up so it turns blue. Disable the day by sliding
the switch down and it turns grey.
Set the Run Time.
Set the Run Time in hours and minutes.
HOURS : MINUTES RUN TIME
Set the Start Times.
To enable START 1 slide the switch button up.
The time is enabled now and is set in military time.
09:00 = 9am 19:00 = 7pm
Updating the Settings
After adjusting the watering settings, click on the
“Connect” button to upload the new settings onto
the tap timer.

every 15th day.

To increase the watering interval press the + button.
To decrease the interval press the - button.
Set the Run Time.

Sprinkler Indicator.
Shows you if Watering is occuring.
Set the Run Time.
Set the Run Time in hours and minutes.
HOURS : MINUTES RUN TIMES
Initially it will show your previous set run time. Your
run time for a manual start can be different to that
in the automatic schedule. The watering device
will remember the manual run times as well as the
automatic run times for each zone.
Start and Stop Watering.
After you have set the Run Time you can Start the
Watering by pressing “START”. You can also stop
all watering by pressing the “STOP” button.
The automatic watering schedule is not affected
by doing a manual start and will start at the next
automatic start time.
Go back
Click on the “BACK” button after downloading
to save battery consumption.

How to use OFF/ MAN / LOCK Position
Tap Timer unit.
Dial the knob to “MAN” and press the
“Enter” button. The Run Time is the same
time you have set in the App for this
Tap Timer.
The LED light will flash green to confirm
the selection.
Once the green light goes out the station will start.

Stop Manual Watering on the
Tap Timer unit.
Turn the dial to “OFF” . The watering stops.
Return to normal watering by turning the dial
back to your Tap Timer No. 1-8.

Lock the Tap Timer
Bluetooth is off in LOCK mode which
prevents others to modify the settings
and minimises power consumption.
To enter LOCK mode, turn the knob to
one of the station number, press
the "ENTER" button. Red LED lights.
Turn the dial to LOCK position before
the red goes off.
Green LED flashes twice to confirm the
device is locked.
The tap timer waters at the programmed start times of the selected station number.
To unlock it, turn the dial to any station number.
