ofthemachine.Operatingthemachinewithout
thefrontweightsmaycauseanunstablecondition
whichcouldresultinalossofcontrol.
Ensurethefrontweightsareproperlyinstalled
beforeoperatingthemachinewiththeattachment.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,removethekey
fromtheignitionswitch,engageparkingbrake,let
enginecoolanddisconnectthewirefromthespark
plug(s)beforeinstallingtheattachment.
2.Locatetheforwardboltsontheundersideoftheframe
(Figure1andFigure2).Removethetwobolts(3/8x1
inch)andtwolocknuts(3/8inch).Retainthelocknuts.

•Formachineswithafootassistliftpedal:The
washerswillnotbeneeded.Instead,remove
theforwardfastenersinthefootassistliftpedal
bracket.Securethebracketusingtwoboltsand
twolocknuts(
Figure5).Onelocknutisfromloose
partsandtheotherisreusedfromearlierremoval.

Makesurethebracketiscenteredontheframe.Secure
withtwobolts(3/8x1inch)andtwolocknuts(3/8
inch).

10.Onceallweightsandbracketshavebeeninstalled,go
backandcheckthatallfastenersaretight.Tightenas
necessary.
Important:Wheneveryouremovetheattachment,
remembertoremovethefrontweightstoreturnthe
properstabilitytothemachine.
