1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,removethekey
fromtheignitionswitch,engageparkingbrake,let
enginecoolanddisconnectthewirefromthespark
plug(s)beforeinstallingtheattachment.
2.Locatetheforwardboltsontheundersideoftheframe
(Figure1andFigure2).Removethe2bolts(3/8x1
inch)and2locknuts(3/8inch).Retainthelocknuts.

theforwardfastenersinthefootassistliftpedal
bracket.Securethebracketusing2boltsand2lock
nuts(Figure5).Onelocknutisfromlooseparts
andtheotherisreusedfromearlierremoval.
