This user’s manual provides important information for operation and safety.
Please read this manual carefully and understand it thoroughly before operation.

• Simple turn on/off button.
• Made of high-grade polyurethane material.
HT (Heater): Press one time to turn on the heating function and press again to stop.
ON/OFF: Press the button once to turn the device on and again to shut it off. Start after 20 minutes
automatically stop operation.
DR (Direction): Press to change the rotation direction.

Insert the power plug into the device then plug the power plug
into a AC outlet.
Connect the car charger socket into the massager and then insert
the charger into your vehicle’s cigarette outlet.
1. Unplug the device after use and let cool before cleaning.
2. Use a wet cloth to clean off any dust and dirt on the device.
3. Do not use corrosive cleaners such as benzene or thinner to clean this device.
4. Do not use a wet cloth to clean the control panel. It can cause damage and failure.
Use only a dry cloth to wipe the control panel.
5. If the device will not be used for an extended amount of time, wipe clean, and place in a
ventilated and dry place.
If you have problems not mentioned in the list, you should try the following steps.
• Turn the power off and unplug the power plug from the socket.
• Turn the device off for 60 minutes.
• Insert the plug into the power socket and open the switch.
• If the problem persists, please contact Sharper Image Customer Service.
1. IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
• Do not allow any damaging items to enter the clearance between the massage head
and the casing.
• Do not allow the product to come into contact with water.
• If the main cable or plug is damaged do not disassemble and attempt to repair it by yourself.

• Disconnect the product from the main supply after use or before cleaning to avoid
damage to the equipment or personal injury.
• Do not use any spare parts and attachments other than those recommended.
• Do not use this product if you are under the influence of alcohol or not feeling well.
• Do not keep this product on for more than 15 minutes to avoid overheating and injury.
• Do not use this product within one hour of eating.

• Please use this product carefully according to your doctor’s advice if you have a neck or back
injury or if you have had an operation recently.
2. WORKING ENVIRONMENT
• Do not use this product in a highly humid environment such as a bathroom.
• Do not use this product immediately after there has been a drastic change in temperature.
• Do not use this product in an environment where there are lots of dust or corrosive gases.
• Do not use this product when it is covered by a blanket or pillow, etc.
• This device is not for use by children.
• Do not damage the cable or change the circuit of the product.
• Stop using this product in case of a power cut in order to avoid any body injury upon sudden
power resumption.
• Please stop using this product and consult Sharper Image Customer Service if you notice
anything abnormal with the product during use.
• Please stop using this product and consult your doctor for advice.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• The device has a heated surface. People with sensitivities to heat must be careful when
using this device.
• When pulling out the power plug; please hold the plug pulled back, rather than directly
draw the power cord.
• If the unit stops functioning unplug it and stop use.
• Do not force or put body pressure on the massage mat. Don’t touch with hard objects;
don’t weigh or tread it.
3. PEOPLE THAT SHOULD NOT USE THIS PRODUCT
• Do not use if you have skin conditions, osteoporosis, are a patient with heart diseases and
pacemakers or if you are sick with a high fever.
• Women that are pregnant or menstruating.
• This unit is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the unit by a person responsible for their
safety.
• Do not use this product when you are wet.
• Do not use this product on a pet.

• Do not plug or unplug this product when your hands are wet.
• Do not pull the cable when unplugging. Do not plug or unplug carelessly.
