INTRODUCTION
Congratulations for selecting the C4 Upright Cycle as your primary source of fitness. The
Bladez C4 offers many exercise programs that benefit users of all levels and ages. The C4
is designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable.
Please read this manual carefully before using the C4. This will allow you to get a full
understanding of all the features the Bladez Upright Cycle provides. If you have questions

SECTION 1
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using the Upright Cycle.
Notice: Before using this or any other exercise equipment consult your family physician
or health care professional to develop a well planned exercise program to fit your health
needs. If you encounter any pain or breathing discomfort while working out, STOP!, and
consult a physician before continuing.
WARNING!
1. It is wise to always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after use.
2. Keep children away from machine while in use.
3. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the elliptical.
4. Maximum user weight of this elliptical is 275lbs.
5. Keep a minimum clearance of 18” on each side and 24” at the rear of the elliptical for
safety.
6. It is mandatory that you unplug the elliptical prior to cleaning to reduce the risk of electric
shock, serious burns, and the risk of injuries.
7. The elliptical should never be left unattended when in operation. Unplug the elliptical
from the outlet when not in use or when servicing the elliptical.
8. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children, invalids,
or disabled persons.
9. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
10. Do not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
11. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working
properly. Call your service center for any service concerns before taking your elliptical in
for repair.
12. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
13. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
14. Do not use outdoors.
15. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
16. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
17. This appliance is intended for household use only.

POWER SUPPLY
Your C4 Upright Cycle uses a two prong external power supply for use on a nominal
110-120-volt circuit. Use only the power supply provided with your C4 Upright Cycle. If you
misplace this power supply, please contact Bladez for an original replacement. Use of the
wrong power supply may cause damage to your C4 Upright Cycle. No adapter or extension
cord should be used with this product.
CLEANING
Clean with soap and slightly damp cloth only; never use solvents.

STEP 1. Assembling the Stabilizers
Refer to the drawing to the right and
attach the Stabilizers (57, 65) to the
Frame with Bolts (90), Spring Washer
(91) and Washer (92). Pay attention
to the sequence of the washers and
then tighten the Bolts (90) with Allen
Wrench (93).

STEP 2. Assembling the Uprights
Step A: Unscrew the Bolt (88) and the
Arc Washer (89) from the Frame.
Step B: Slip the Upper Front Cover (40)
onto the Upright (48).
Step C: Connect the exterior Middle
Control Wire (49A) from the Lower
Upright to the exterior Lower Control
Wire (49B) from the Upper Frame.
Step D: Attach the Upright (48) to the
Frame with Screw (88) and Arc Washer
(89), and then tighten the screw with
Open Spanner (95). Adjust the Upper
Front Cover as necessary to fit onto the
Frame.

STEP 3. Assembly of Handrails, Necklace Brackets and Computer
Step A: Unscrew the Screw (39) from
the Frame (48).
Step B: Attach the Handrail (52) to the
Upright.
Step C: Assemble the Handrail to the
Upright with screw (39) and then
tighten it with Allen Wrench (93).

Step D: Unscrew the Screw (50) from the
back of the Upright with the Screwdriver
(96).
Step E: Attach the Rear Necklace Bracket
(82) to the Upright with the Screwdriver
(96) and Screw (50).
Step G: Unscrew Screw (77) from the TV
Computer with Screwdriver (96).
Step F: Attach the Front Necklace Bracket
(81) to the Rear Necklace Bracket (82) with
Screwdriver (96) and Screw (94).

Step H: Refer to the drawing to the right.
Connect the out wires (46, 47) from the
Computer to the out wires (53, 49A) from
the Upright. Ensure that connector (46) to
connector (53) and connector (47) to
connector (49A).
Step I: Attach the Computer to the Upright
with Screwdriver (96) and Screws (77).

STEP 4. Assembly of Bottle Holder and Bottle
Step A: Unscrew the Screw (51) from the
front of the Upright with Allen Wrench (93).
Step C: Insert the Bottle (83) into the Bottle
Holder.
Step B: Attach the Bottle Holder (84) to the
Upright with Screw (51) and then tighten it
with Allen Wrench (93).

STEP 5. Assembly of Seat
Step A: Unscrew POP-PIN (2) and pull it in the
arrow’s direction. You can now pull the Seat
Post (72) to adjust vertical position.
Note:, If ”MAX” appears while pulling up the
Seat Post, that means the Seat Post is extended
to its maximum height.

Step D+E: Slide the Seat (75) onto the Active Seat Post
(73) then tighten the nut of the Seat with Open Spanner
(95) as shown in picture E.
Step C: Slide the Active Seat Post (73) onto the Seat
Post (72) and tighten it with POP-PIN (74).
Note: Unscrew POP-PIN (74) and pull down the Seat
Tube to adjust horizontal position. Tighten the POP-PIN
(74) after the adjustment.
Step B: Attach the Collision Prevention TPR (85) to the
Seat Post with Screw (97) and Screwdriver (96).

STEP 6. Assembly of Pedals
Step A: Attach the Pedal Belt to the
Pedals (98, 99).
Step B: Tighten the Pedal as shown by
the arrow’s direction with Open
Spanner (95).

STEP 7. Assembly of Book Shelf
Insert the Book Shelf Bar (87) into
the computer.

STEP 8. Power Supply
Step A: Plug one end of the
Adapter (86) into the Frame Power
Jack.
Step B: Plug the other end of the
Adapter (86) into your home
electrical outlet and then the
Computer is ready for use.
Note: Before plugging into the
power, carefully check the
specifications of the
Adapter (such as the input
voltage, the output voltage
and so on).
