1) Read the entire Installation Instructions prior to beginning the installation of the part.

All dealers must determine if the Net weight they have added in the form of all options or accessories, when added to the weight of all Port/Dealer Installed options
or accessories, exceeds the lesser of 1.5% of GVWR or 100 lbs. If the additional weight does exceed the lesser of the indicated thresholds, a “Load Carrying
Capacity Reduced” label must be installed. A black, fine-point, indelible marker must be used to write by hand onto the label, the reduced carrying capacity in
kilograms or pounds, which is the total weight of all added options and accessories.

Masking Tape
Make sure to push the mudguard upward and inward during the
installation to eliminate any possible gaps.
WARNING! Take precautions when using the drill to help avoid injury or damage to the vehicle.
Caution! Make sure the drill stop is properly set on the drill bits to ensure the drill bits do not make contact with the steel rocker panel behind the garnish trim.
A. Remove the adhesive backing strip from the provided template and place it on the underside of the driver's side front wheel arch garnish trim as shown above.
B. Using a Center Punch, mark the center of the crosshairs on the template as shown.
C. Remove the template and place it in a safe location to be used on the passenger's side front wheel arch garnish trim.
D. Place a Drill Stop 10mm (25/64") back from the tip of a 3mm (1/8") Drill Bit and drill a pilot hole at the center punch mark.
E. Place a Drill Stop 10mm (25/64") back from the tip of a 8mm (5/16") Drill Bit and enlarge the pilot hole.
F. Carefully Deburr the drilled hole. Do NOT enlarge the hole.
G. Repeat this step on the passenger's side front wheel arch garnish trim.

A. Align the driver's side front mudguard (LH) as shown ensuring a proper fit.
B. Place pieces of making tape along the upper and rear edges of the mudguard
as shown above.
C. Temporarily remove the mudguard and set aside in a safe location.
WARNING! Ensure all surfaces have fully dried.

NOTE: Fully turn the steering wheel to the left when installing the driver's
side front mudguard (LH) and fully turn the steering wheel to the right when
installing the passenger's side front mudguard (RH).
A. Starting on the driver's side front wheel well area, remove the two (2) plastic
retainers as shown.
B. Discard the removed hardware.
C. Clean the area of the lower fender where the mudguard will be positioned as
shown, using 50/50 mix of Isopropyl alcohol (70%) & water and allow to fully
dry.

A. Apply one (1) adhesive promoter onto the lower fender in the highlighted area
shown above.
NOTE: The adhesive promoter should not be applied further than 1.2" (30.5mm)
below the lower fender feature line as shown above.
B. Properly discard promoter.

A. Peel away approximately 1" (25mm) of the adhesive tape liner from the
front mudguard (LH), then wrap around as shown above.
B. Using a piece of masking tape, secure the tape liner to the outside surface
as shown above.
Check for any visible gaps. If any gaps exceed 0.5mm, loosen the hardware
and refit the mudguard(s) to the body to decrease or eliminate the gaps.

E
A. While pushing the mudguard upward and inward as shown, insert
two (2) provided plastic retainers as shown. Make sure to push in
the center portion of the plastic retainers to lock the retainers in place.
B. Remove and discard the pieces of masking tape.
C. While maintaining proper alignment of the front mudguard (LH) with one
hand, carefully remove the adhesive tape liner in a downward direction.
D. Repeat steps 1-7 for passenger's side front mudguard (RH).
WARNING! Promoter may cause skin irritation if in contact with bare skin.
Ensure gloves are properly worn.
Be careful not to touch or contaminate the exposed surface of the
adhesive tape.
A. Align the mudguard (LH) back into position.
B. While pushing the mudguard upward and inward as shown, insert
one (1) provided plastic retainer into the bottom hole as shown.
Make sure to push in the center portion of the plastic retainer to lock
the retainer in place.
Make sure to push the mudguard upward and inward during the
installation to eliminate any possible gaps.

A. On the driver's side rear wheel well area, remove the plastic retainer
from the bottom of the vehicle as shown.
B. Remove the two (2) screws as shown.
C. Discard the removed hardware.
Make sure to push the mudguard upward and inward during the
installation to eliminate any possible gaps.

to push in the center portion of the plastic retainer to lock the retainer
in place.

Right-Angle #2 Phillips Screwdriver
A. While pushing the mudguard upward and inward as shown, insert and
fasten one (1) provided screw into the upper hole "A" as shown.
B. Insert and fasten one (1) provided screw into the lower hole "B" as shown.
C. Repeat steps 8-11 for the passenger's side rear mudguard (RH).
D. Installation is complete.

Make sure to push the Front and Rear Mudguards upward and inward during the
installation to eliminate any possible gaps.
Check for any visible gaps. If any gaps exceed 0.5mm, loosen the
mounting screws and refit the mudguard(s) to the body to decrease or
eliminate the gaps. Be careful not to over-tighten or strip the screw head.
Front and Rear Mudguards are properly aligned.
Any visible gaps do not exceed 0.5mm.
Check for any visible gaps.
If any gaps exceed 0.5mm, loosen the mounting hardware and refit the
Mudguard(s) to the body to decrease or eliminate the gaps.
